Honest people still exist! I actually had a very pleasant experience! I forgot my bank card up front, and was pleasantly surprised to hear the guy that works here knocking at my door to return my card. Honestly would have had a heart attack if I found out down the road that I lost my card! Don’t know his name but thanks dude!_

Bad unpleasant experience Worst rudest owner I ever met. Always challenging online rates. Barely 10 people renting at anytime. Mostly empty. Very noisy truck traffic 24 hours a day with endless tractor trailers right in front of the hotel. Mostly angry over worked staff. Owner demands $15.00 a day for pets? Other hotels don't. Stay away from this hotel. I went to the Econolodge in Mechanicsburg. Much nicer. Quiet location. Great friendly owners. Never going back to the Econolodge in Carlisle ever again.

Satisfied beyond expectation! Thank you! I was impressed how attentive everyone was to complying to my needs or desires. From front desk to Housecleaning. I locked myself out the morning of leaving and I believe it was owner there that came to my rescure. When checking asked me if I wanted a bottle of water or a fruit for the road. I missed breakfast . Slept in , lol

Very pleased Very pleased with this hotel. Room was updated and very comfortable making my stay enjoyable. Staff was accommodating and super friendly. Parking lot was spacious and well lit for our cars. They did a great job updating this place and I will definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience, filthy dirty toilet and bathroom Dirty bathroom, hallway lights flickered, just a single thread bare sheet, room SMELLED musty, mildewed. Way overpriced at $174 per night. Light above sink goes on if you move. Asked them to fix, it’s been 20 minutes so far but no maintenance man yet. There are so many issues here! No elevator. Just a terrible experience! Don’t stay here!!!!! Room 242, july 10 2021. I have choice hotel card. But NO discount per the manager, who was very rude. I can’t imagine taking a shower in that filthy bathroom.
