Average Hotel- Needs Work OVERALL 3/5 As a former "Road Warrior" traveling almost 40 years for business, with over 6,000 hotel stays and a Diamond member, I am very critical in my reviews. Staff ................4/5 Hit or Miss Location.........3/5 Close to some restaurants and shopping, but in a very commercial/medical office area, so you will need a car to go almost everywhere. Hotel................3/5 Maintenance needs, from entrance and elevator doors, with 1/2 elevators down again and the other hotel sounds like it will need work soon. Issues Elevators, Entrance door, Hallways being warm and Breakfast just average Room................3/5 Bathroom needs some work, from mold in shower, because it has title pattern ro a toilet that sits low for seniors and no fan in bathroom Furniture worn or with a tear Security..............3/5 No key needed for elevator access and I have never needed a key for the entrance, even after hours Would stay again, but it could really be a nice hotel if it was maintained properly

Booked ONLY to use pool. Confirmed it was working before booking. No pool! I called the hotel twice last night before booking to make sure that they really had an indoor pool and that it was working. THey confirmed so I booked 2 nights which I only needed due to house renovations for a place to stay and SWIM. Well, the pool wasn't working. I talked to the manager about a refund or even partial refund. He would have no part of it and couldn't care less about our inconvenience (and $230 charge). Choice Hotels as well as Expedia no longer give you a way to contact customer service. Do not book at this hotel ever.

Good value. Our room was huge! In a corner, nice light. Quiet, and relatively clean. I thought it was strange to have kitchen cabinets, nothing in them, no sink, no table & chairs. Had a microwave and mini-fridge. Great counterspace. I had been warned to avoid the first floor pet-friendly rooms. The pool is on that level and it was damp and humid in the pool area. Pool was clean, warm enough, and there were pool towels. The breakfast was unimpressive, but free. People got stuck in the elevator for a bit. Probably 4.5 stars for me. Good value, not fancy.

Great Service! Anaya was very friendly when we arrived, suite was huge and clean, beds were comfy - would loved to have stayed for more nights! We’ve stayed at a lot of fancy hotels and the hot water didn’t even work, the manager of this place keeps importance on the things that bring comfort! Comfort Suites for sure!

Dirty Establishment I see housekeeping too much for this place to be this dirty; there’s dog/pet hair everywhere, the floors are sticky and I dare say the “clean” towels had stains on them. I’ve seen a lot of other negative reviews as well concerning the same issue I’d suggest that the management needs to reconsider their staff.
