Great Nights Stay at Affordable Pricing This was our first time that we’ve stayed at a Country Inn & Suites. We were able to get our requested room ADA with king bed plus a BONUS! We had a whirlpool too. It felt s good after a long day of traveling and sightseeing. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Check in was easy and the breakfast filling. They even had fresh cookies available at check in and check out. Front desk staff were very friendly. Give them a try if you are in the area.

Awful We found bed bugs in our bed. The manager would not acknowledge that it happened because he didn’t see it. He said people make things up so he can’t believe me. He also walked into our room without knocking on the door. I will never stay there again. So disrespectful. You always trust the guest and say sorry, we’ll make it right but he would not budge.

CROOKS! I booked the King Suite with Whirlpool. When I arrived, I checked in, went to my room, and found out it was not the room I booked. I went to the front desk and the lady said I don't know why you were able to book that room, they are all full. I said I booked the room weeks in advance. I spoke to Booking.com and they said "it's because the property relayed this information to our system which displays the available units based on what the property reports to us." So, they are either over-booking rooms or luring customers to their hotel with fancy rooms and forcing them to stay in rooms they wouldn't have if given the choice. Then, Booking.com and the hotel's solution, we'll refund you $30 for deceiving you.

Good stay The continental breakfast was delicious and had so many options, hot and cold. I can’t say enough about the variety of food, especially as someone who needs gluten free diet. The coffee was good. Complimentary cookies located at the desk at all times of day, which was a nice touch. The hospitality was great and the staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious. There was a little noise from the highway behind the building, but we brought a fan along, which helped drown it out. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and bed frames were squeaky. Otherwise, we found the rooms to be clean and fit our needs for this one night stay. We would certainly stay here again.
