Nice hotel, excellent breakfast Nice and comfortable hotel. Location was good. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of options. The next best thing to a full scale buffet breakfast. This deserves special kudos given that this is in the middle of a pandemic.

A solid Fairfield property I stayed just one night but was very pleased with my stay. I was upgraded to a suite which was quite large and comfortable. The room was very clean. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would say the only downside is if you’re a light sleeper, you can hear the highway traffic. Covid protections were still in place which I appreciated as many areas are lifting restrictions. I have family in this area and I would choose to stay here again.

Average hotel Got in and was tired from day working and the travel. Got our room key and we headed up. Walked in and it was weird as we heard the shower going. He said he’d turn it off and walked towards the bathroom. I saw the wrap from a pack of water and wondered about the cleaning. Before I could say anything he called out hello? as we heard voices. Nothing and then someone said something we could not hear. He had stopped short of the bathroom door which was open. Then I saw a naked guy. Luckily not all of him. We locked eyes and I don’t know who was more shocked. Him or me. We mumbled some apologies and awkwardly backed out of the room. Went downstairs and there was a line of people waiting to check in. The clerk asked what was wrong and we told him there were people taking a shower in the room he gave us. He finished with the person checking in and then gave us another room. It was a handicapped room which bothered me as I don’t like taking those in case someone needs it. Also, the gap under the door lets in a lot of light in case you’re a person who needs complete darkness to sleep in. He went down to get the complimentary breakfast while I got ready the next morning. He said it was not good. Half cold burrito. So we didn’t eat anything. To the credit of Justin working the front desk he was kind enough to say he would let his manager know of out experience the night before and apologized again. He also was going to get approval to award additional points for the whole experience. I truly appreciate that as it was so shocking to lock eyes with a naked man. I am glad they were in the shower and not on the bed or walking around. I never want to go through that again. Bolt your doors people. Locking them isn’t enough.

Great service We needed somewhere to stay while finishing things up at our house in Gilbert that we had moved out of. My husband is lifetime titanium with Bonvoy so we always try to stay at a bonvoy property when we can. During the pandemic it’s been tough trying to stay at different places and the service we’ve received. Here though, even though they had a very low staffed property, we still felt like we received great service. Monica at check in upgraded us to a suite and made sure to check on us every time she saw us. And although I didn’t get anyone else’s names they all went out of their way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. We normally stay at Westin’s but I would stay here again because the service was just as wonderful!

Quick, comfortable overnight stay Had an overnight stay here on the way to Yuma from Phoenix. Pretty standard for a Fairfield. Room was in good shape & was clean, breakfast sufficed, & the ladies who checked us in & out were very personable.
