Average Stay in Chandler AZ I enjoy staying at Hilton's when I have the chance. And while I did enjoy my stay here this trip, overall it was an average stay. My first night, I called down to the front desk as I wanted extra blankets, and I had to go down and pick them up. While I will charge everything to a credit card for work expenses, I do like to pay cash for some items, especially if it is not covered by work. This is a cashless hotel. There were two front desk clerks who were cordial at best. There was one front desk employee, by the name of Melissa, and she was AWESOME, FANTASTIC, THE BEST. While she may have only been doing her job, I felt like she went out of her way for me. Made me feel very valued and appreciated as a guest. The room was nice and clean and the hotel as a whole was clean. Food was average, but good. Especially the oatmeal for breakfast. I had one issue with the TV and called downstairs, and they sent help right away. I think his name was Dimitri and we has very friendly, good attitude, smile on his face. I booked the hotel through my American Airlines account to earn points, and while I did stay at the Hilton Hotel, per their fine print agreement (which is usually 100 pages and no one reads them), because I did not book online thru the Hilton website, I did not earn points. The customer service rep I spoke to was very friendly though.

Rude and awful customer service WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude and won’t do anything to try and help find a solution. All they’d say is sorry there’s nothing we can do. Seriously, not even a sorry? And I get blamed for your problem? Unreal! Save yourself from an absolute headache— do not stay here!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY! I stayed at this hotel for three nights to attend my niece’s wedding. Not ONE day did we get our room cleaned. They said they were short staffed BUT Hilton is the second largest hotel chain in the world and they need to have a contingency plan when no one shows up to work. Totally ridiculous. They only cleaned the rooms when guests checked out and not those staying over. Knowing that, they could have AT LEAST took fresh towels to the rooms that weren’t cleaned. The trash was piled up and all. I’m sure they finally cleaned it once we left, totally unacceptable. I see why it’s a three star hotel. I wish I could give it zero stars. Also, the pressure was so high in the bathroom sink, it knocked your toothpaste right off the brush. I had to brush my teeth and wash my hands using the tub. Reported that as well and NOTHING! I guess the maintenance crew was out too. There are waaaaay better options nearby, do yourself a favor and check those out. Hilton sent me an email asking how was my stay and I conveyed these same issues. Was asked if I wanted a response from hotel management and I stated I did and as usual….NOTHING.

Terrible Hilton and even worse customer support. Terrible!!! No water for entire day and no answers from incompetent people for resolution. There are dozens of people at the front desk demanding relief and Hilton is doing nothing. I called Hilton corp to have them transfer my 2 reservations to another Hilton with vacancies and Jacob says he can’t comp me any rooms until the following day. Asked to speak to jacobs manager and he says he’s the manager. He was totally worthless. Now we are stuck here with absolutely terrible customer service for such a catastrophic situation. Hilton is terrible.

Mini Vaca Staff is great but rooms need more attention to cleaning. Bathroom had hair in shower, no waste baskets, only 2 towels in bathroom . I was not aware of a food and beverage credit, yet billed for it. Oh.., and we were checked out of our room before check out time when we went down to have breakfast (which was over priced for the quality) Housekeeper said they were doing that and she didn’t know why. But location is perfect! Would I stay there again? Probably… because the staff is great and location is perfect but now I know what to look out for.
