A resort hotel worth the visit. Great place for families and or business. Hotel was very quiet. Food was very good and great helpful staff. Spa on property as is golf course and shuttle to and from casino which helps the family atmosphere. A number of cultural events and near by to an Indian cultural center. Highly recommend a stay.

Excellent Stay Vacation This great trip started when we pulled up with the valet Nathan advising us that he could take our golf clubs & transfer them to the golf course for our game the next day, so nice not to have to worry about lugging them around. Then we were greeted by Margaret at checkin who recognized that we were Elite members with Marriott & gave us a great friendly welcome. They had upgraded us to a suite which was large & overlooking the golf course, swimming pool & & beautiful South Mountains. The property is beautiful with numerous food & bar venues, several large swimming pools with a water slide. We ate breakfast at KoSin & had outstanding service from Rachael & Alex, they were able to accommodate our request for a quick breakfast as we had an early tee time. There was also drink tasting in the main Bar in the evening & again excellent service from another Alex the bartender who went above & beyond to secure us some snacks with our drinks. Everyone we met was so accommodating & helpful. The property & room was very clean , due to COVID rules we did not request Houskeeping. We did utilize the free shuttle from the hotel to the Casino, Outlet Mall & Golf Course. We will definitely be back to enjoy another relaxing mini vacation at the Sheraton.

Huge resort. Outstanding staff Huge place! Stayed here to visit my mom in Chandler ( happy 100th birthday Mom)!stayed because it was a Marriott property. I was expecting a hotel. What I got was a massive resort. It is miles from the front gate to the hotel. We did not take advantage of the hotel oops..resort facilities. Golf course ,spa, pool, equestrian center etc. Don't stay thinking of it as a hotel look up the write up, it is a resort. Lots of good things about the place. The staff are what sticks in my mind. Never met a more consistent batch of nice people.Really nice on every level! Beautiful grounds. Only downside, it is a little more pricey but remember I thought it was a hotel not a resort.

A great retreat Loved the feel of the resort and Native American experiences. The on-site dining was beyond amazing. I loved the pools and walking trails. The room was good, but dated. It was still kept cleaning daily and staff was exceptionally helpful. I was so excited about the highly ranked spa which was the only disappointment of the trip. We spent a lot of money for a spa day, and our spa services were extremely lack luster. The spa facility was gorgeous as was their pool and whirlpool, but the actual massage was one of the worst I had ever had and I have had many (and it cost 3-4x more than most luxury massages). However, all in all, this resort still deserves a 5 especially with being there amid the pandemic.

Relaxing stay in pristine resort good for business or family or couple vacation Amazing staff - everyone is so nice and goes out of their way to help. The woman at the coffee cafe, the hostess at the restaurant, the front desk, the cultural director, the bartender, and housekeeping all greet me and many remember my name! We have a newly renovated room overlooking the pool and it is one of the most comfortable rooms for sleep ever (and I’ve spent hundreds of nights in hotels) - mattress, temperature/AC, dark curtains, quiet. This place is so relaxing I could come here just for a good night’s sleep and to distress. Beautiful scenery, pool, and nature trail. We are here now,and don’t want to leave! Everything is so clean and COVID safe. This morning I used the large updated fitness center and tomorrow to the on property spa!
