This place has the best staff on board. The staff at this location will exceed your expectations. Granted we had a power outage (no fault of the hotel) but they accommodated us to make up for lost amenity usage. They were amazing. Breakfast was piping hot, with tons of variety plus the fruits were delicious and sweet. Beautifully displayed.

Excellent value, if not the spiffiest ever Here is a hotel that clearly spends more on function than on appearances, to (IMO) the guest's benefit. The elevators are scary looking, the carpets are generic gah, and there's nothing special about the decor anywhere that we could see. On the plus side, the beds were comfy (not beat to death), the shower was downright invigorating, the breakfast was competent if not imaginative (yes, you can already see it, but it was all done well). And, most especially, the staff were great. We checked in late for a one night stop on a long drive, and both the night and morning staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommended as a good value if you aren't looking for eye candy and fluffy frills.

No customer service Room was never cleaned and sheets weren't changed until after we asked several times for it, the 4 days we were there they only cleaned our room the one time that we asked them after asking several times. Had to ask for fresh towels every day...ugh!!

Lovely Room, great breakfast, very convenient on our trip from NC to OH The price was very good, the room was in excellent condition and newer, big TV, which my husband likes, and the front desk was very informative about breakfast, which was plentiful and varied, we had sausage patties and eggs and there was also danish, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, couldn't eat everything but the eggs and sausage excellent! They might be renovating the elevators but they work and we did not have a long wait for them either on check in or in the morning, this is an excellent hotel and very convenient on our trip from NC to Mechanicsburg, OH. Will stay there again :)

Total incompetence and unsightly! Room reserved on site with 2 beds for 2 nights and specifically discussed with the front desk clerk (Josie) that I would have 2 more people joining me the second night of my stay as we had a family member in the hospital nearby. 2nd night I arrived back with all belongings gone! I had been checked out while away at the hospital with family, only to arrive back at 11:30pm to nothing! All my clothing and toiletries that I had purchased for my unexpected stay had been removed. The night shift man, Eugene, assured me my belongings could be accessed promptly at 7am the following morning. That was not the case! I had to sleep on my clothing that I wore the day before, I had no pajamas to sleep in with my family members in the room, and I didnt even have a toothbrush! My stay was not planned. I live 3 hours away and a family member had been flown to that area hospital. I left straight from my work to be with them. I had nothing but the clothes on my back. Once securing a room, I went to purchase quick clothing and toiletries to get me thru the next 2 days only for it to be disposed of mid stay! I lost 2 complete outfits of clothing, shampoo, conditioner, hair products, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, and unopened snacks. 245$ spent in addition to my room to get me through 2 days all just trashed. Didn’t even recover my brand new clothing! The room, it was fairly clean but unsightly. The room was a great necessity so I wasn’t looking for luxury and that’s a good thing because it was almost gross and the elevator looked like a bomb had went off inside it. Think twice before staying here!!
