Needs to be shut down and no one should even have this place as an option in a bad situation. Our experience was one of the worst over night stays anywhere in our lives for either of us... when we checked in our room hadn't even been cleaned from the night before. We were late because we had to wait til it was cleaned. None of the house keeping staff understood us, or at least acted as if they didn't. They would not give us a refund. The outside was run down and very trashy. The pool is covered in bushes and trash. So no pool. When we finally got in the room it smelled horrible. The walls and furniture was filthy. The old tv was all snow. And was like that the entire time. The ice bucket was nasty. The walls and holes in it. The door was completely unsafe. The toilet wouldn't flush. The tub was so dirty it looked as if it had never been clean. Feces and urine all over the floor and walls. It advertised a continental breakfast which we were told after they ran our credit card that they stopped it 2 years ago. Ice machine didn't work. No internet was available in the room. It also advertised a newspaper, coffee machine, HBO, iron and ironing board etc. Nothing was there or available. And we killed a cochroach on the beside table before bed. Weliterally slept on the top of the blankets with a pillow we brought and left after just enough rest to get us home. It really should be condemened....

Better than sleeping in the airport, barely I missed my flight connecting thru Charlotte and was forced to find a hotel at the last minute on a Saturday night with a major basketball tournament in town or sleep in the airport. Searched travelocity & this place has the only room for 40 miles in any direction from CLT. $350 for a room! Outrageous! But it's the free market at work & I knew what I was probably gonna get. I was not disappointed.. The bullet proof glass at the front desk tells you all you need to know. At least it was quiet, clean, & the heat/plumbing worked. The bed was lumpy & beyond uncomfortable.

Cockroaches Horrible place to stay. People have said that it is exactly what you pay for.....Would you pay 50 dollars to sleep with bugs? The housekeeping staff is also horrible. They will not offer to clean your room. The bugs are horrible and the housekeeping does not even attempt to clean them up as their dead remains are splattered all over the wall. Light bulbs are missing from the bathroom, Mold is spread throughout the bathroom and nobody has attempted to clean it up. Gross. I can't understand how the management thinks this hotel is worth $50 a night.....

two nights stay... This hotel is exactly what you pay for. However--the sink was clogged when we got there. The housekeeping staff had to clear it. No maintenance. The advertised pool-- non-existent-it was under repair. There was also an advertisement on having an iron available. It was none existent and they were not able to provide one for us (we were going to attend a wedding). The room was clean but not up to date. It seems the management just doesn't care. Some parts of the room need some work on it (like a hole on the wall, the lamps need replacement.) I would NOT recommend it especially for children. The area wasn't a pleasant one. Nice housekeeping staff. For the price of it...it served the purpose.

Slightly better than sleeping on the road it was so horrible...the tub was so dirty we did not use it..the lampshade had holes in it..the toilet was so horrible that you had to figure out how to use it...and the room had this musty weird smell... answer to top it off the dressor was missing a drawer..we only had one light bulb in the entire unit.. the first one was given had a runny leaking toilet that flood it all over the floor... and they call themself upgrade our room to an even worse situation...the one good thing I can say is that the staff was nice..but they need to really clean that place up it was some type of staying on our comforter...a white one...
