Friendly staff and Clean Hotel We were on way home from Nashville with my wife having a major leg injury. Jessica when we checked in was very friendly and put is in a room close to an elevator so she wouldn’t have to walk as far. Rebecca the next morning was very insightful of surrounding area and very friendly also. We were only there one night but Jessica and Rebecca made us feel like we were family. The hotel was centrally located and very clean.

Not a pleasant experience I stayed at this hotel Aug 11-13 for the TVPPA conference. The construction noise in the lobby was so loud I had to literally shout to be heard at the check-in counter. They put my in a room on the top floor, the Concierge floor. I walked in to find a dirty wine glass on the table, empty beer cans in the trash, the toilet seat up and an uncomfortably warm temperature. They cleaned the room and maintenance came in three times to work on the non-functioning AC. They claimed it was fixed but with the thermostat on 64, the room temperature never got below 73. Not terrible but not fixed either. The next day after room cleaning, I found the toilet seat up again (apparently standard procedure), my dirty cup on the bathroom counter, and no soap. At checkout, I asked for a discount on the room rate and explained why. They refused to deduct anything off the price and instead offered a lousy 10,000 bonus points. I do not recommend this hotel.

Family visit to Chattanooga Front desk friendly and helpful - although slow to respond to app chat requests. Accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. We were on the 15th floor. Shuttle from the hotel to downtown was very convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable - although our air conditioning didn’t seem to be working too well. Shower had very good water pressure. Couldn’t tell if there were places to eat on site - not sure where breakfast was supposed to be served. Starbucks on site closes early. Convenient to most shops and restaurants - could walk to aquarium.

Mediocre at best We stayed in several hotels on a two week tour of some southern states. This one was lackluster. No housekeeping due to Covid which was I guess understandable but the staff doesn’t wear masks anyway so seemed like it was an excuse the staff member at the coffee bar was completely overwhelmed all 3 mornings we were there, they need one person taking the orders and one person making the drinks/food. On our last day they had some tournament check in that was super noisy at night and we didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. We had a 9 hour drive so weren’t pleased. The front desk person at checkout used the tournament as an excuse and said “sorry”. If you are going to accept regular guests during a tournament then you need to separate them from the teams. It’s unlikely we would visit that area again but if we did we would look elsewhere for a place to stay. The check in staff was friendly and the room was standard Marriott but everything was mediocre and even unacceptable at times.

POOR SERVICE Checked in 6-25-21 and checked out 6-28-21. Went to Chattanooga for a triathlon which was great. The city itself is very nice. The hotel is quite nice , clean, the room had a very comfortable king bed , clean bathroom, large tv , although not cheap I am a 30 year SPG / Marriott gold member and was on the 16th floor, concierge level. The concierge lounge never opened while I was there. Cons: In three days they never cleaned my room. Housekeeping told me you need to stay a min of 4 days to have the room cleaned. So every morning I had to track down the housekeeping cart on my floor, bring my garbage can to her to get emptied , bring her my used towels to exchange for new ones, and get more coffee packs etc, All this for 180.00 per night. The breakfast buffet at 17.00 is certainly not worth the price. scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuit, OJ and coffee, served out of chaffing dishes. So first day I ate at 7:00 am when they opened and at least it was edible, but 2nd morning I did not make it until 10:00 am and everything had been sitting in the dishes under heat Dry overcooked eggs, bacon and sausage were unedible. Go out locally for breakfast as it could not be worse or more expensive. There are many hotels downtown and I am sure you can do better , cheaper.and closer to the riverfront
