5-stars All-Around! We loved this HAMPTON INN & SUITES CHATTANOOGA/DOWNTOWN! Hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and hospitable, and the location and amenities were perfect for our needs. Our King bed was comfortable and the room was well-maintained. Their Fitness Center included 6-month old equipment and even a Peloton bike! Self-parking is available in their attached garage(s) with two separate keyed entrances for their upper and lower decks. We look forward to staying here again!

Very Disappointed _ Very disappointed. Had my room picked out, had to wait until 4 to check in, so had to take another room. Put my makeup on in the car because we had a 5 pm reservation. Went out, came back around ten, arms full and keys don't work. The room was very loud, outside noise. Ice bucket lid had mildew on it. Was charged 69.00 for one night of parking, was not told they put a 50.00 charge that would be refunded when you checkout. This was our 54th Anniversary and it was kind of disappointing. We Hilton Honors members and like staying at Hampton Inn but not this one again.

Great place to stay Great hotel. Awesome accommodations. It’s beautiful inside & out. Great people, great experience all the way around. Oh, and the beds are fantastic. Great location. Easy walking distance or short drive to almost everything in town. We will be back.

Great location and wonderful staff Our rooms were not ready as we were a bit early, but Tammy opened the parking gate for us, so we could park the car and not take up valuable room of the 10 minute 'check-in only' parking spaces (parking is $ 18 per day and the room key opens the gate). The lobby is very nice and you can see the indoor/outdoor, awesome looking pool (we didn't use the pool, but sat outside for a bit; a lovely space!) Our room (# 329) was facing Chestnut Street; it was quiet, a bit on the small side, the A/C worked well (had a little constant rattle, so no big deal), it had a chase lounge at the bottom of the bed (not too comfortable to sit on, but that was not what we were there for), a small desk with chair, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and we liked that we had hard floors instead of carpet. One side of the bed did not have any power outlets, the other side had a bunch and so did the desk (bring an extension cord, if you need an outlet on this side of the bed). The bathroom had a good size and the water pressure in the shower was great! Shower is long and narrow, so a larger person has to stand sideways to wash their hair. All amenities, including body lotion (!) were in the bathroom. There was no notepad, pen or any information of Chattanooga. Breakfast was well stocked, despite about 45 (very well behaved) middle schoolers just having had breakfast. It had all the 'normal' stuff; the bacon was great! We liked that breakfast was available from6-10am on a weekday, since we were in no hurry to out. We enjoyed talking with Vicky in the morning at the front desk; very friendly! We also met Kevin, the GM, who made is presence known in the lobby and was very approachable! The bar is open from 5pm-9pm; when I asked the bar manager about the website saying that the bar was open until 10pm, she was a bit snippy with her answer; ALL other employees we met, were very friendly and had smiles on their faces! The locations is amazing! Less than five minutes (on foot) to the Aquarium and River, the Tivoli and maybe 15 minutes to Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium; lots of good food is very close by. We will stay again!
