Campbell's Lake Chelan's Waterfront Resort

A great find! We landed in Lake Chelan without reservations and decided to spend a couple of nights. We happened upon Campbell's and booked our room. I was pessimistic about the room at such a low price with such a great location, but we were very pleasantly surprised. It had everything we needed, the view was amazing, and the location was wonderful for walking and wine tasting. It was obviously off-season, but we imagined how much fun it would be with warm weather and lots of people. Very satisfied.

Dated hotel Hotel room was clean but very small and dated. Don't book 1st floor, the upstairs is very loud when they walk around. Considering the excellent location and history they really need to update the rooms. The bathroom is very small with very little counter space or storage.

Subpar Dining Experience My partner and I dined on New Years Eve. We ordered the scallops and truffle fries for our appetizers and the lobster and crab ravioli and truffle burger for an entree. The scallops were served in a huge dish but the scallops couldn’t have been bigger than a quarter, they were burnt and only two of them. Very underwhelming but not terrible. We put the rest of the sauce on the fries and it was delicious. The sauce for the ravioli was lukewarm, almost cold, and the ravioli was undercooked. Nothing special about it. When we tried the burger, we found the bun was more flavorful than the burger. We ordered it medium and it was cooked well-done. Again underwhelming. It took 30 minutes for us to get our drinks and appetizers and the entrees came out right after. I didn’t have the highest hopes, but I thought that they would have improved since I last visited 2 years ago. Unfortunately, our low expectations were met. I don’t think I’ll be back any time soon.

An off night Not their best night. Main dish was over salted. My son's meat was cold in the center. We were very disappointed considering this place is supposed to be among Chelan's best. Not likely to return anytime soon.

Mixed bag Charming place- comfortable. A little worn around the edges -perhaps end of the season wear and tear. Family destination, so quite noisy in general. not ideal for the access challenged. Despite numerous calls to the property prior to arrival, room request were still a challenge. Appreciated the front desk staff who work to sort it out.
