Stay away. The room had a fowl odor, the AC was set on 68 and the room still felt musty. The refrigerator didn’t work . The bathroom had tons of mold in the tub/ shower combo area. Thank god we were only in the room from 11:00 pm to 7 am, to sleep and go to the bathroom I couldn’t wait to checkout. Got me once we won’t be back!

Don’t stay here Don’t come here if you want your room cleaned. Don’t come here if you want to be treated respectful by the front desk and don’t come here - it’s just not worth it. Eat here, visit, listen to music but don’t expect a nice stay at the hotel. Fees being charged for nothing and for services not asked for. Forget it. Please. Save yourself. All it is is a construction pit.

A resort by no means It’s a nice little inn by the water. Not a resort by any means. The food in the restaurant was very good, but pricey and portion size is small. There’s Gambling on site, they look like slot machines, but they are not. There’s some type of pull tab video machines that are pre-programmed. the rooms are old and musty and renovating, very dusty.

Outdated rooms, not real slot machines Outdated hotel. Room smelled (carpet), unable to lock door to balcony, very dusty room. Except for being on the water, not a resort at hall. Very expensive to stay here for what you get. Food was decent at restarting, but pricey and small portions. There is a gambling section attached to the building. Unfortunately it is not a true casino. they have machines that look like slots but they are not. They are pull-tab video machines that are pre-programmed. So the house always wins. Gambling section very dark, curtains closed and lights turned off. Also, little air circulation. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly.

Disturbing The Peace I booked a room with a bay view but got a room with a view directly overlooking a large construction site. The construction workers were drilling and throwing metal roofing around well after 9 pm. I asked the front desk if they could please move me away from the construction, as I came there for a little peace and solitude. They offered to move me to a room with a view of the forest "free of charge." Well, I booked a room which would allow me to have a glimpse of the water, not trees! They did not offer apologies for the inconvenience or for my peace being disturbed for the evening. They did not say the hotel is at capacity (it did not appear to be busy at all); none of that. My inconvenience was addressed by them offering me an upgrade to a bay view junior suite...for a $50 upcharge! I must not fail to mention that the junior suite was in drastic need of an update, which is hopefully coming post-construction. Unfortunately, there was no manager on duty that night, so the next morning, as I checked out, I asked the manager if he was aware of the issue. His response was yes, but you paid for a room with a partial view. He gave me my receipt, which included the upcharge, and I went about my day. The opportunity for this hotel to 'service' the customer was an epic fail. They were not rude, but as a customer, I feel as though they could have cared less whether I had a good experience or if I would ever return.
