Was an stay from moving out of state Had a fall on my way out. Had to stay couple of extra due my injury. No attention from the company at ALL. Knee, ankle and elbow shatter. People are nice, but the detail of not taking care of my situation... Sadly broke me. I'll stay back if I need to.

DISGUSTING AND HIDDEN FEE It really deserves a zero, but I can't choose a zero. This place is a dump and they are thieves. When you sign on the TABLET or whatever they call it, they show you the exact price you saw when you booked the room online. Then, after you sign, the person who said his name is Mike, alter the information on the TABLET and stick $5.00 extra. I got a text message from my bank about the total amount charged and I went to the front desk to get an explanation of why $5.00 extra. I had to fight not only with him but also with the female clerk to be able to get my money back. Mike wanted me to call Wyndham for a refund, but I told him that Wyndham didn't charge me extra, that it was them. Well, to make the story short, after a lot of arguing and disrespect from the staff, the person named Mike told the other female clerk to credit the $5.00 back. Mike altered the information you have already signed on the TABLET very quietly without your knowledge and without saying anything. I considered it an illegal practice. In addition, they don't change the bed sheets or pillow cases. The chest of drawers is missing one drawer and Mike knew about it, but he didn't care. He refused to bring a drawer. There were flies in the room. The ceiling light in the bathroom didn't work The fridge was full or water at the bottom. The room smelled like cigarettes. The towels are brownish. They had not seen bleach in a long, long time. The shower curtain had a lot of mold. It had mold everywhere in addition to being brownish at the bottom. It had not been washed in months. Disgusting. The floor was filthy. A napkin used to dry water off he floor was disgusting black. The bottom of my flip-flops was black. The floor has not been washed for months. There was one roll of toilet paper empty in the paper holder. Another one on top of the toilet tank. No blanket. No comforter. Also, the bed sheets had cigarette burns and I booked a non-smoking room. There were spider webs on the lamps. In addition, the bathroom door hinge is rusted. Also, the free breakfast advertised does not exist. No breakfast of any type. I will never, ever be back to this place again, even if they offer me a free room.

Go find somewhere else to stay! RUN! DO NOT STAY HERE! This is a prostitute and drug dealers hotel. The room was extremely run down and straight out nasty. Everything was so old, outdated and beat up. It’s no place for you to stay with your family. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We left and found another place to stay.

Freeing my mind The room was clean. Very pleasant front desk. I stayed 2months and was treated well . Food places is near by.My bed was COMFORTABLY even had the cover to protect your from bugs. Yes I will go back when I get more funds, the housekeeping staff thank you

Don’t stay… Room cleaned with bleach moments before entering, smell was absolutely horrendous in such a tiny room. 10/10 will never use Days Inn again.
