Roscoe Village Guesthouse

We stayed like locals and loved it! I recently spent five days in Chicago with my family of four, and Rosco Guest House was the perfect accommodation for us! The apartment was immaculate, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our stay here truly made our trip wonderful and memorable. The beautiful neighborhood allowed us to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, with restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. I must also mention how fantastic Stephanie was. She is incredibly friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying at Rosco Village Guest House!

Convenient, safe and welcoming We stayed at the 3240 N. Hoyne guesthouse in Roscoe Village in Sept and Oct. The experience was great. The neighborhood is safe to walk, and two El stops are within 7 blocks. Trader Joes and Target are nearby also. The Village has antique shops, other shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The manager was a great hostess and responsive. Our townhome was clean, modern and uncluttered. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative for our stay: the large screen TV and TIVO with remote relied on a mirror and closet on the back wall to function. You had to aim the remote exactly through the mirror so it reached inside the closet to watch TV. The remote did not adjust volume or power, only on the TV did for those. Since we were not there to watch TV, this was minor. The water was very hot, great if multiple people are using it at once, but a bit too hot for children using taps or showering unsupervised. We slept very well, it was a quiet outside and in, even though there was an infant in the unit below We didn't hear a thing. We had one queen and two full beds, something we didn't know until we arrived. We will definitely stay there again.

Roscoe Village Guesthouse We stayed for Christmas Holiday 2018 with our family coming in from 3 different states. It was perfect for our stay. Well appointed, we were able to cook in the unit’s great kitchen to bring food to family gatherings. Clean unit. Walking distance to several fantastic restaurants (Volo, Cuba 312, Altiro Latin Fusion). We are coming back again in Sep 2019 for a wedding.

Just like home This was our 2nd time staying at the Roscoe Village Guesthouse and we plan to make it a staple of our trips to Chicago. Centrally located in Roscoe Village near plenty of great restaurants, shops, and bars, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The house was clean, roomy, and well-suited to our # of guests, and the management company was easy to work with. Would recommend!

Perfection in Roscoe Village After a construction project took longer than expected, my husband, daughter and I needed a place to stay for a few nights. As Chicago residents, we know a lot about the city, neighborhoods, and types of housing options available and absolutely loved our stay at the Roscoe Village Guesthouse. About the house/location: beautifully decorated and well maintained home in a fantastic neighborhood. Walking distance to many shops & restaurants, and a quick bus/train/Uber to other parts of Chicago (Wrigley, downtown, LP Zoo, lake, etc). About the amenities: well equipped kitchen, new linens in bathroom and bedroom, free laundry in basement, high quality bathroom toiletries. About the hosts: amazing to communicate with and made our stay delightful.
