Great hotel in perfect location My son and I had a wonderful stay here, we had a suite which provided lots of space in a corner room with two large comfy double beds and separate sitting area. We stayed early March and got a really great rate for such a good location, very convenient for red line from airport, right on magnificent mile and beside several good quality restaurants. There’s a huge Starbucks directly across the road. The coffee machine & mini fridge in the room were an added bonus. We didn’t have breakfast in hotel as there were several dining options nearby. Everything is within walking distance and the area felt very safe to walk around even at night. I’d certainly recommend and will stay here again next time we visit Chicago.

highly recommend Great location for accessing food, shopping and transportation (or walking) at any time. Very clean and safe. All staff encountered were very friendly and helpful (especially the housekeeping crew). Room remodeled. Comfortable lobby with enough elevators. Close to bus stop. Mid may- the city was very pretty with lots of flowers. Got a great rate (midweek before Memorial Day) that was way better than the other hotels in town. If can get that rate again will definitely stay here again. (Took the Red line from airport to Chicago station and was an easy 5-10 min walk towing suitcase. Took train to Wrigley too. Took busses to museums, restaurants, zoo and other activities. No need for a car if staying at this hotel.) Good water pressure. Free guest wifi.

Great bar Popped in for drinks at the bar and had a lovely evening. Excellent friendly service and cocktails! Just wanted to re-visit as I stayed a few years ago, and the hotel still has the same vibe: a little vintage, friendly, and welcoming. Will be back next time, Chicago!
