Price Gouging Cancellation!! This place ruined our trip to Comic Con!! Booked our room for 2 nights and got a call an hour ahead of check in time saying our room was cancelled because a 3rd party site (hotels.com) over booked them. Total BS as I booked our rooms a YEAR in advance. But the rate I booked those two nights at was half of what they were charging for 1 night. We planned our entire trip around that hotel and rate, coming from Wisconsin (32 hrs just to get here) Such unhonest bull crap they pulled. Had to find a different hotel at more than 3x what we had booked our room for. Now can't afford things as we still need to get home after going to the Con tomorrow. Hiding behind the excuse of a 3rd party overbooking is BS when I booked the room over a year ago. So infuriating. When you book a place a year ahead of time to secure your room and rate, then plan your entire trip and itinerary around that, then to get a call an hour ahead of check in, saying they cancelled your reservation, ud so infuriating and devastating. Also waited an hr and 15 min to talk to a manager who was "in a meeting"that never showed up as we left after finally finding another hotel an hour away. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS KIND OF BS FROM PLACES LIKE THIS. Ruined our trip as we had to change everything as we figure out how we afford this added expense.

The best hotel Where do I start at this hotel was a perfect fit for my family and my self the staff was very helpful and attentive and the cleanness of the room was the cherry on top! The fact that it is so close to everything was great as well! I will definitely be booking again

Hospitable & Delightful staff! I will stay here every time I visit! The room was spacious and very clean. Parking is very convenient and the staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable of the area. I love the central location too! Thank you Vanessa for making my stay so pleasant!

Great Stay! Great customer service experience. Clean rooms. Easy access to everything. The prices were affordable. Friendly housekeeping staff. Check in and out was very fast. My family enjoyed the stay for Spring Break. We will definitely be back.

Run down and filthy Hotel room was extremely run down and dirty! The room had a bad smell that clings to your clothes. Curtains looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years absolutely gross! Check out is 11.30 asked at reception if a late check out was possible was told you can have room for an extra 30mins but it will cost $35. Avoid unless you enjoy living in filth.
