Good value stay This hotel would be a decent budget option as I found it pretty comfortable and reasonably priced during my visit to Cincinnati. People here and friendly and trip to help with whatever you need as soon as possible and they have a breakfast included. Nothing fancy, continental but it’s pretty good. I would recommend it if you need to conserve your cash on the trip. It’s a decent price for a clean bed and hot shower.

Gross & Hot!!! This is the worst hotel I've ever checked into. It's dirty, gross, Hot!, Unsafe, You name it. We left within an hour of checking in. We were booked for two nights. Curtains were ripped, water stains on the ceiling. Everything was sticky. Pool had locks on the gates, Elevator is straight out of a horror movie, No ice or Vending Machines, The window in our room was barely secured to the building.. We were on the 4th floor.... Exterior doors do not lock. Anyone can enter the hotel. Absolute Dump. Do Not Stay Here!!!!

Dirty, not safe. Our first room was very dirty, and there were some sort of bugs on the sheets and toe nail clippings everywhere. There seemed to be a blood stain on the carpet in front of the night stand. When we called and switched rooms, the first thing we noticed was some sort of left over police tape on the door frame, that was also on the door frame across from us. Later that night, I had to go grab something out of my car. I was on the fifth floor, and the elevator alarm was going off, and all the lights to the staircase were off. A few minutes later, they came back on. The staircase took us down to a completely different part of the ground floor that seemed to have a bunch of employee stuff, and the exit led to a different parking lot, where the parking lot I was trying to go to was blocked off by woods. Went back up to try to find a way to the ground floor from the second floor, and was met with very rude people that were staying as I walked by, so we turned around. Elevator finally stopped ringing and we made it to the ground floor. This place is ridiculously outdated, and should not be in business. My inlaw has more pictures, but this is the only one I have on my phone.

Good Value for the Area This is a very nice, well kept older conference center hotel. The room was clean and very quiet and the staff was attentive. There is an indoor pool, which looked well maintained although we didn’t use it. This is a pet friendly hotel. After completely unpacking and eating we discovered the television didn’t work, the front desk gentleman came and looked at it but couldn’t fix it. Note to self, check tv first next hotel stay! The continental breakfast was sparse: waffles, cereal, juice, yogurt, coffee. But adequate. Toast or English muffins would have been nice. There is adequate parking and the area felt very safe. Neighborhoods on the other side with a park to walk our dog. Down the street seemed to be mostly office buildings. There is. Bob Evans next door but you do have to drive for anything else. I would suggest that the outdoor grassy areas be cleaned up. Hard to walk the dog amid the trash. The day manager, Donna, was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again and I think this property should get at least a 4 star rating.

They don’t care about you they just want your money!! I actually never made it there. I saw a ad for Priceline and booked it. It said 6 miles from our destination. My young daughter and myself were traveling alone and she got sick. When I booked the Quality Inn on Priceline it ended up being THIS hotel, 27 miles out of the way. I think it was a scam thru Priceline as well. I have screen shots of everything and reservation numbers. When I called THIS quality in to tell them it said 6 mikes not 27, the guy who answered the phone told me TOO BAD there is nothing they can do about it, 1 minute after booking. I was sickened. They didn’t care about me and my sick kid at all. I ended up booking another hotel actually 6 miles from where we needed to be. Now I have to have a grievance with Discover to take the charges from quality inn off my account. would never ever go to this Quality Inn. They just want your money whether you go or not. I understand I made the reservation but I have a screenshot of where it’s at 6 miles and suddenly changed to 27. Very disappointed!!!! My reservation was for June 19,2023. I was charged most $90.
