1st time traveler/experience with Extended Stay America Blue Ash I was/am surprised at any review for this hotel that is not excellent. I am on my 2nd month of an extended stay and relocation to the area. I have experienced nothing short of excellence in all areas for my stay. Value, cleanliness, security of vehicle and possessions and professionalism of stay. I am a seasoned professional, traveler and military Veteran. So, I have high expectations. Poor / rude service and staff and uncleanly During my month and a half stay, my towels, sheets, and dish rags were replaced only twice. I was informed this would be a weekly service, but obviously it was not. The building and rooms are not clean as well. The carpets smell, the lobby smells, and the rooms smell even worse. Overall, way too expensive for the quality and service.

Do NOT BOOk This place is grotesque. Lobby and carpets smell to the sky. It needs to be cleaned very badly. The room smelled just as bad an lead to a bad night. A comolete waste of money. The minute you walk in the building you feel regret. Dirty table tops and floor in the dining area (breakfast bar). Crumbs and particles everywhere. Stayed on the third floor and the hallways was tolerable in smell but not too much better. Seriously, just get the carpet cleaned professionally. If you're in the road like we were, go somewhere else unless you've been here (to this review) three months out from it's post date. This place is just atrocious.

Terrible Very expensive and not even an elevator. How is a person with a handicap expected to get to their room? Service at front desk was OK but very slow as an inexperienced young woman tried to deal with all those waiting.

Wrongfully charged. Dirty room. Cigarette/marijuana smells. I’ve stayed at this particular location a couple times and have seemed to run into some sort of issue with my room every time I stay. Trash on the floor. Smoke smells. No air. I was charged significantly for something that I should not have been. Every time I have stayed it smells like marijuana. The night staff laugh about it and don’t seem to care. When talking with the Manager he was rude and made absolutely no effort to address the problem. All it seemed to be for him was more money for the hotel, instead of a happy customer. He charged me for a smoke smell that he is stating was coming from my room. I am not a smoker and never have been. Poor management.
