Not a bad hotel My wife and I were spending the weekend in the area mainly to visit the zoo and other things. The room was fine except for the fact that the floor was sloped a bit by the dresser so the drawers wouldn’t close. The pool was fine not the best. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs. Staff were friendly plus the hotel was being renovated so I give them a break. The trains nearby can be heard though we both slept good.

Dirty room This is definitely a cheap hotel. The price should be lowered by $10. We had a king size bed and the sheets had stains on them. The drawers had dirty clothes in them. The floor and smelled of marijuana. I didn’t feel safe in the parking area. There appeared to be 2 cars with people living in them.

Ok for overnight stays Room was ok but pillows were awful , very lumpy ! Instant eggs were cold and sausage rounds were nasty although they did have waffle mix for breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room was specified as a suite but it was just a room with a king size bed.

Good accommodation, not-so-good service We stayed here for three days while touring Cincinnati. Check-in was the worst part of the stay. There was a guest smoking on the front porch right under the no smoking sign. We told the front desk clerk and she told me that some people just won't obey the rules. Her problem to enforce, not mine. Then, we were unable to connect any of our devices to the wi-fi in the first room we were assigned, which was at the far end of a long hallway. I could connect in the lobby and at the near end of the hall, but I could see the number of bars going down as I walked down the hall. Back to the desk. She told me (1) that this was not possible as they had been full over the weekend, and had no complaints (2) all she could do was give me the hotel's tech support number to call. Really??! It took me some pretty serious insisting to get her to move our room to the near end of the hallway, amid much complaining on her part. OK, the rest of the stay was pretty good. Our second room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but good - decent choice of hot and cold items. The neighborhood is basically near-in suburban on a busy E-W road; low-end restaurant chains nearby and a reasonable drive to better options. Despite the proximity, it's not terribly convenient to downtown, but between the construction and the traffic, I don't think there IS a good way to get to downtown Cincinnati. I'd stay there again, but I'd shop around first.

They're trying This was a little bit of a mixed bag stay. The staff was trying, so I think they're giving it their all. The staff was nice and helpful. The location was pretty good. Getting in and out of the property was pretty easy. There are a few places to eat in walking distance, and a very good selection within a ten minute drive. The TV channel choices were good. Now for the negatives. The property really does seem a little aged and is showing some wear around the edges (although they are doing some renovation work, so this might improve soon.) The vent in the bathroom didn't seem to work. The remote control in the room was spotty at best. The air unit seemed to run very loud. Overall, I'm on the fence about whether or not I would stay here again.
