Try to avoid This hotel is very old and desperate need of a renovation. Complete gutting. There are 4 elevators but we often waited 5-10 min for one. Not enough luggage carts. Rooms were as clean as they could be but with stains and peeling paper and rusting light fixtures. Trash in the hallways. The elevator for the parking garage didn’t work (apparently for a long time). Hilton should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. Only redeeming factors were the cookies and very friendly and nice staff.

location, location, so what This property is dismal. The rooms are tired, the housekeeping is MIA, the parking garage is filthy and the elevator in the garage hasn't worked in years based on yelp reviews. I thought my visit was a unique terrible experience until I read reviews going back as far as 2016. 1 star is too many for this property. Hilton should be ashamed. I received a "So sorry, but we try"reply to my google review from the owner /general manager. Obviously he has no interest in the property or operation Read the reviews here,Google, and Yelp, before you make reservations. I have traveled a lot for business and pleasure,and this was truly,truly, disgusting and frustrating.

Great stay! This is hands down one of the best Hilton properties I’ve stayed at! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we were impressed. The parking attendant greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful. At check-in, the front desk team was phenomenal—every agent we encountered was friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome. The shuttle driver was AMAZING! We also stopped by the café and noticed the attendant was working solo, yet he managed to keep everything running smoothly while providing exceptional service to every guest. Truly impressive! The housekeepers were equally fantastic—always greeting us in the hallways with cheerful smiles! The level of care and attention to detail at this property is unmatched. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning! I do hope they renovate the property soon! We will certainly be back!

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame an easy walk. If you want to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, this is a great location just 3 blocks away, it was easy. Good bed with clean white sheets and all amenities, with parking and a nice view of Lake Erie. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel can use a bit of a facelift and repairs.

Awful Took forever to Checkin. The front desk was super slow and then was told they didn’t have clean rooms at 8.30 Pm and had to go check if any rooms were clean. Asked me to come back 20 mins later. And this is a 3 star hotel. Looks old and rundown. Would never stay here again
