Nice stay, but not a typical “Hilton honors” stay….. Girl at front desk was very nice. Bummed- Did not get our complementary bottles of water . The restaurants were closed all week, due to “it being a holiday week”??? Rooms were very clean, and coffee (kcups provided), fridge and micro- made our short stay very convenient! .

Only If I Don’t Have A Better Option! I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless I had no other choice. We checked in Friday November 22, and the lady at the counter was great! The next night at almost midnight, the cleaning lady was slamming a door every 2 minutes for 40 minutes. When I finally went out in the hall to ask her to stop as I was trying to sleep, she basically blew me off. I went back into my room and the door slamming continued. I then called down to the front desk and they sent someone up to talk to her. I could hear them through my door at which point the cleaning lady made a rude comment about me to the gentleman who came up. Not very professional! Also, my toilet was clogged so I called down to let them know and when they finally came up, the lad handed me the plunger and waited in the hall for me to take care of it. WOW

Pick another Hilton We are Hilton Honors members for a reason: we enjoy the whole family of hotels and almost always have a good experience. This was not one of those times. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located and nicely decorated. On the negative side: - We didn’t received our digital keys, so rather than heading straight to our rooms we got to stand in line for 20 minutes. The front desk staff said they sent the keys again but we never received them. When asked, they shrugged it off and said it was the app’s problem. - Literally every person in front of us checked in, got a key card, and returned within minutes because the card didn’t work. Every. Single. Person. - One of our rooms had trash under the desk and chair, and used towels hanging in the closet. - The pool area is humid, soaking wet (dangerously so) and just… well, gross. This is not a Hilton property to which we’ll return.

Worst Hilton ever The bathroom was not cleaned prior to the stay. The housekeeping manager who was supposedly on duty never came. Someone from maintenance asked someone to clean it after I inquired after seeing them in the hallway. I assumed this would be a quick clean up before housekeeping arrived which never happened. See the attached photos and the roller used to clean the floor filled with hair, trash, and debris. This was a disgusting experience and it continued to smelled like urine the entire night. I ended my stay early after the front desk staff knocked on my door between 8:30-9pm followed by a call at 10:15pm. Neither of these instances were to resolve the issue at hand. I did not feel safe and advised my job’s travel agency to remove this hotel as we travel here weekly and this is not ran like a reputable Hilton.

Car Windows Smashed and Grab My anxiety began to rise as we pulled up to this “Hilton” located next to a scenic highway overpass, but I was still hoping for a somewhat decent hotel. Do not be fooled by the spacious, and somewhat modern appearance of the hotel lobby, as it is all downhill from there. The rooms are dated, cramped, and smell of mildew, and a simple request of a turn down or a few extra towels is simply too great of a request for the staff to oblige. The sink in the restroom will leak for the entirety of your stay, and you will have large water stains on the ceiling tiles. You will pay an exorbitant parking fee to use the “guarded” parking lot, and your vehicle’s windows will be smashed in and your belongings stolen from your car, and the hotel will tell you it’s not their problem.
