DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! Got to room late, so was super tired from driving. First thing I noticed is the urine smell. Seemed to be in the carpet. Chair fabric was torn, worn and thin. Really? Then looked around the room and just nudged the kleenex box on the sink area. Roaches! They scattered everywhere. I grabbed my stuff so fast and got the heck outta there. Went to office to get my money back. They offered a suite. I said no way. You guys are nasty. If you got roaches in one room, you got roaches everywhere. Plus you need to clean your carpet! They said they canceled the room and refunded my money, but they never did. Disgusting place! They really don't care! I could hear a baby somewhere in the back. Shame! I paid over $100 for this room, and not only are you nasty, but you lied and ripped me off. I hope you get closed down because you're a health Hazzard!

POT LOVER'S DREAM & CIGARETTE SMOKER'S PARADISE THIS IS A POT LOVER'S DREAM AND A CIGARETTE SMOKER'S PARADISE! They hang off the balcony and smoke! The parking lot is full of cigarette butts. I had a non-smoking room and apparently the pot smoker was outside my room because I could even smell it in MY CAR when I went to BREAKFAST! The next night when we came back from dinner--the pot smell was as strong in my room as if the party had been held there. Who to complain to? There is NO presence of management on site. You will stand and ring the bell at the desk. I saw some young lady. I saw one male employee and he was from housekeeping. I was concerned for safety. How do I know if the pot smoker was a customer or employee? What if I complain & there is retaliation? It took a couple hours before the pot smell was "almost" cleared and I could sleep. I've never been exposed to such conditions. I've stayed here for many years for the convenience of the areas to walk my small dog. It was placed under new in-house management last year. I've stayed 2 times this year to give them a chance. I stay 3-4 times each year. This is my last. I have never been so disgusted with a business. BTW the sign in the lobby reference breakfast hours is a joke. How do you serve cold coffee at 8 one morning and no coffee at 7am-the next morning? This is a FLOP HOUSE in the making. I do not expect it to be in operation much longer. There is definitely something wrong here.

Pay the extra $30 and book at the other Wyndham Property next door… or just any other hotel/motel off the exit. Not that this was ever a five-star hotel (or even 2.5 or 3 star), but seems like it’s gone way downhill in the past year or so. Exposed tack strips in rooms, shower heads never cleaned (filthy). The microwave was literally seconds from exploding, after only being set to run for ten seconds. Checking in, seems to be a nightmarish event every time. Even when specified in the initial booking (multiple times), guest requests/accommodations aren’t fulfilled. A couple of times, with 60-90 minutes before checkout, while I was packing my stuff up to go some older guy just opened my room door up and looked in. Once, even after I had specified the time at which I would be checking out (more than an hour away). Plus, I left some property behind and didn’t notice until the next day. It wasn’t a huge item that would really be worth any value to anyone else (just a Dopp Kit, full of toiletries and the like), but after repeatedly questioning the room # I gave for my stay, and a 10 second conversation with someone in the same room, I was told I left nothing behind. Promptly followed by a click and the beeping of a disconnected phone call. Pay the extra $30. Book the other Wyndham property next door. (Though, be warned if you have a “local*” license, they will either refuse to rent a room, or demand a not insignificant [refundable] CASH deposit up-front. *no definition, zip code, city, state, or other line of demarcation was given to describe who and where is actually considered a “local.”)

Clean and comfortable The hotel was clean and comfortable, the young lady that checked us in was very personable for cheap as it was in that area it was probably one of the nicer properties

BEWARE IF YOU BRING PETS BEWARE if you bring your pet. Their website states $10/night per pet and a $25 refundable deposit. I had 2 reservations for 2 nights each, back to back and they charged me $15/night for 4 nights rather than the $10/night they advertise and charged me 2 $35 NON-REFUNDABLE deposits. WHAT A SCAM!! I work at a Days Inn in Pigeon Forge and we are also a Wyndham property so I am ASHAMED that they practice this pet scam. They either need to update their website, or BE MADE TO HONOR WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.
