Nice hotel Check in with Summer, the desk clerk, was a breeze. The hotel building is 40 years old and was nicely done like stepping back to the 70s and 80s. The breakfast was good, and eating it out in the garden was nice. I loved my ground floor room . I could pull my car right up to it to load and unload my luggage. The huge windows facing the dunes were a plus. AC was cold. I’d stay here again. Some minor items: Parking is not free, $10 night, despite their advertising it as free. The “fitness” room consists of two treadmills, nothing else. And the pool doesn’t open until 8:30am even though sign says sunrise to sunset.

Excellent We stayed one night before our cruise. The hotel is very nice. The shower was very pretty and clean, only complaint is the water could be hotter and the ac cooler. Other than that very very nice. The breakfast had hot items like biscuits and gravy sausage and eggs. The balcony room was great. If you are by the pool you can see the ocean, the waterfall and the pool. If up like to hear the ocean, which I do, I recommend a room on the opposite side of the pool, the waterfall drowns out the ocean sounds but still a great room. Staff were very nice and accommodating. When I booked the room said a sofa bed and king bed. When we got in our room there was only one bed, (they are updating their site) and they quickly moved us to a room with two beds same view and with the balcony I paid for.

100% would recommend This hotel was just amazing from check in to check out. The FD staff was friendly and courteous. I was texted that my room was ready early and that I could go ahead and finish checking in. When we arrived in our room it was clean and very spacious. Our patio overlooked the sand dunes and beach access was literally steps outside our door. The pool bar bartender Martha was absolutely a delight and was very informative about the area and recommended a great restaurant to go eat at. I highly recommend staying here and I’m definitely booking here again when I visit cocoa beach.
