NOT SAFE AND BUGS IN THE ROOM SERIOUSLY We stayed in msnh hotels and hostels. I have never seen anything this bad in my life! Be careful . Place it's not safe. No facilities described . No sign so you not sure if this is the place. Looks like abonded factory. Smell BAD-like a sh* either some Indian candles around- discussing!!!! Rooms-bugs size of a finger -SEE PICTURE . Dirty. Broken windows Guy at the reception PRETEND to be nice and his friend send the business. He preauthorise your card when you want a refund he says no problem booking.com will refund tomorrow. Don't leave without him refunding you money as he is the best actor ever. He claims soon the hotel will be a part of Wyndham Hotels. Omg it need very deep clean first. Don't stay!!! We went to Annie Oakley Motel near by where owner was great and room very pleasant. We still didn't get money back for the reservation made at Colby. Don't book! You wouldn't be safe there.

Unprofessional Would not recommend, especially if you have a dog. Worst part to me is Mike Patel sent me a email from them with the subject name containing “Pictures of dog ****.” I can provide screen shots. They're charging me $100 because they found dirty towels somewhere and they are blaming me because I had my dog with me. They wouldn’t send picture of the alleged mess in the room though when I asked, but said the towels were enough to charge me $100 and it looks like they cleaned these hand towels to reuse them, so be careful if you stay here of dirty towels.

Budget but clean Very budget friendly hotel. With what we paid, we didn't expect much. Definitely older and in need of upgrades but it looks like they're working on it. Beds were decent, rooms were clean, they added some upgraded shower units and sink. No breakfast or coffee available but for the price it worked. All in all for a night stay it worked great.

AWFUL Hotel This hotel is awful. The room and all over hotel is filthy. The hallway to the room had an awful smell, the bed was filthy, the bathroom fixtures were broken but at least there was hot water. The ice bucket was moldy, the bathroom was moldy and filthy including dirt and hair in the shower. The handle to the door didn't work almost trapping a family member in the bathroom. The key cards were blank and questionable and the outside door didn't even shut questioning the safety of the hotel. The "manager" was anything but friendly and there was hardly anyone at the front desk if needed. A pool and hot breakfast were advertised but when arriving we found out the pool was empty and there was no breakfast AT ALL, not even a hot cup of coffee. They claimed this is due to Covid but the letter stating why it was closed was obviously from 3 years ago with the date crossed out. The hotel was partially under construction if they are even working on it, which gave it a unclean and unsafe feeling. The air conditioner leaked and the floor had questionable stains and stickiness. I do NOT recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Single night stay with my Wife June 2022 Terrible Hotel, on a scale of 1 to 5, I give it a -2. It should be closed or condemned. Hotel is filthy, Advertised but NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST staff are less than helpful and there are NO amenities. Total RIPOFF!!!
