Do not stay there! This was my worst experience! I stayed in that hotel from 07/24-07/25. First, you are not going feel safety. They made you sign a document that you are going to be sure to not leave any important items in your car. They only have one old elevator, the carpet it was dirt with white and dark spot. The AC was leaking in my room and had no towels. When my husband went to the front desk to ask for towels they said that they don’t have any, and the security guy was the only one that told my husband to ask another guy(when my husband ask him, he was very rude). The building outside was dirt. They had a security fence broken in the parking lot.

One Star isn’t Good Enough for this Dump Booked and paid for room for one night so we could be close to the airport. Drove 3 hours, go to check in and they said they were full and had to cancel our reservation!??? Lady said they sent and email (that was a lie). She was rude. What’s the point of paying for a reservation if they are gonna overbook the rooms??? Thank goodness we drove to the airport and stayed at a Marriott that was right beside the airport. Extremely clean and contemporary room and great service. Do NOT go to Clarion Hotel, Atlanta. It’s in a bad neighborhood, with young people running around all over the place!

What a Waste of Time this Place is!!! Paid for a Room up Front - Gave them an Arrival time as they asked for, We were within 30-minutes of getting to the Hotel and they sent a message saying they Over Booked for the night and our Room was Given Away???? Called them and they confirmed this, Front Desk said, Oh well, maybe next time? There will never be a Next Time at this location. We were lucky and Found something else, But if this place with Forth anything, they would gave given us Some options at places to stay, But, as most of their ratings online Point to -- They are Weak at Best and they Call themselves a Hotel?

Don't stay here I experienced completely unprofessional service on 5/20/2021. The desk clerk said, you do not get special rates for choice membership. I was insulted by his demand for my ID and credit card, which I already had out and ready to give him. He rolled his eyes at me after everything I said and insisted that I reserve the room online to get the membership price. Common decency is expected from customer service.

Use caution when booking - blood stains and sticky floors After a long drawn out night, my husband and I were ready to crash and relax the following day. Upon arrival, the employee at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. This review has nothing to do with the interaction I experienced with her. Unfortunately, the quality of the room does not get better just because the associate was polite. My husband went to use the restroom, while I was on the phone trying to figure out other travel details. He comes out, and tells me that there is no hand soap, and that it looks like there are blood stains on the wall and a handprint bloodstain on the door to the restroom. The floors are hardwood, and sticky sounding like if you were at the movie theatre. We decided a new room would be best, but let’s wait until I’m off the phone. I glance over to the pillow on the other bed, and there are blood stains on the pillow case! I can’t make this up! I hang up my phone and pack everything up. I go down and speak to the girl (I do wish I knew her name - she was very helpful!) and told her we needed a new room, and explained what was going on. She got upset, saying it’s unacceptable (she’s right!) but unfortunately they had no vacancy - that was the last room. Ultimately we ended up booking a hotel elsewhere and leaving. Pre-Covid this would not have been acceptable. But during a pandemic, how can a hotel claim to be using cleanliness precautions and still have these instances slip through their fingers? Not only was it disgusting, but we felt so uncomfortable being there. Use caution when booking here. Hopefully their housekeeping goes through more in depth training or rooms are looked at more thoroughly before rebooking. Less than 24 hours later, the refund from that hotel has already reached my bank account. Everything aside from the room was a halfway pleasant experience, and for that I am grateful. But after a room like that, I will not be returning to this establishment if I come to the area again.
