Awful We have never left a hotel 10 minutes after checking in. Now we did. Smoke free room? The room is full of cigarette smell. Receptionist smiling when we complain. Mould on the ceiling. Cleanliness nowhere. Dont come here ever! Not sure how this place keeps up business

Worst place I have ever checked into and quickly checked out of!! Do NOT stay here!! We were stranded due to flight cancellation and this was the only place we could find a room. The website/pics looked ok so we booked. When we arrived we noticed right away it was very seedy with prostitute looking girls and drug dealer looking guys all around. It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. We initially checked in but within 10 minutes there was screaming in the hallway by other patrons and we seriously feared for our lives expecting to hear gun shots. They have an armed night security guard who tried to reassure us and kicked out the two people creating the chaos but we ultimately left to go back and sleep on the floor at the Atlanta airport. We wouldn’t have slept a wink in this place. I would have given it zero stars if that was an option. We told them we felt unsafe and they assured us they would not charge us for our 10 minute visit in the room. I will file a report against them if they do!!

Terrible, do not stay FYI this is NOT college park, the area is called “old nat” and is well known by the locals as a bad part of town, While we had no problems with the “patrons” there is definitely a prostitution ring running out of here as well as the other hotels in this area, while other Expedia reviews have responses from the owners stating “we will look into this serious matter” it’s clear the owners and staff get a cut from allowing this prostitution ring to operate, staff allow what we assumed to be the “pimps” (since we witnessed ladies of the night handing off money to them many times) to sleep in the lobby overnight. A colorful cast of characters indeed. The room next to us clearly was some sort of central hub and they smoked in the room as well. Bed was at least clean. Airport shuttle i suppose was a bonus. My husband and i are pretty accepting of all walks of life and the regulars were nice to us without issue. But that said, anyone else should probably avoid staying here or in this area at all. Like i said, everyone was pleasant with us but if my husband were not 6’6 or in most other situations i wouldn’t feel safe here in any way.

Unsafe area, very dirty, rundown Worst experience ever. Very dirty, garbage everywhere, terrible smell. Horrible area, very unsafe. Run down hotel, everything in the room was broken and stained. Floor was dirty. Questionable non hotel guests hanging about the lobby. Guests in room near mine was smoking weed and it filtered through into my room. Front desk is glassed in with about 20 signs listing all the things you are not allowed to do. 20 minute time limit on breakfast. Will not book again.

Don’t even try Worst experience ever, me and my husband went to that place we supposed to be for 3 nights and we left the next day, the hotel conditions horrible the staff rude and disrespectful, the hotel looks like a Chester we saw even homeless in the installations. Everyone were looking at us that was super uncomfortable and also there a bad smell as soon as you get into the place, cigar smell 100% my room was no cleaned completely we found lil bags of weed on the couch it was just a mistake booking there. Don’t recommend at all.
