Had a Good Time I didn’t stay at the hotel I came for a music event. A friend of mine plays live music there. I had a pretty good time. The lobby and bathrooms were clean. We ordered drinks and food. We ordered wings and sliders. Food Staff and bartender were friendly. The food was surprisingly good and not too overpriced. I will return for this event again. Can’t wait!!!

Problems outweighed Strengths Stayed in accessible room. The room was fine but there was LOTS of noise down the hall. Room is very close to the hotels's conference center where the participants were having a great time with a bar and music til after 11. Several nights of noise and not sleeping was a problem. The pool was warm and large. BUT there are no stairs into pool. Only ladders so difficult to use if a person has arthritis etc. Breakfast was an additional fee but was well worth it. Great coffee, a cook to order out station, and excellent fresh fruit. Bathroom was well equipped with railings and nice shower. But was very dark with only a dull light around mirror and no shelf to put personal items, etc. Not the best set up for handicapped or asked bodied guests.

Large average hotel We stayed here overnight on a trip to the University of Maryland. Check in was great, staff was super nice! Room was fine, fairly clean, your basic hotel room but nothing great. Hotel is very big. Event going on in conference rooms. Gym, pool area and common areas were a little unkept, but that could have been from them being busy. Breakfast was very good, as long as you are not paying for every person in your party and have a voucher for some. Since we were visiting the University I wish we would have stayed closer to the school, it is a long drive to the hotel with traffic.

I wish I could give it ZERO! Rooms start off over $100 a night. So for what we paid, I would expect better quality of staff and service. My fiancé and I stayed here for a business trip. After working 13 hours straight, outside in this heat, we came to the hotel. We check in and go to park. Not a single parking spot was available. We had to drive around the building for 30 minutes for a parking spot! (Mind you this is at 9pm!) We have never been here before, leaving us completely unfamiliar with this place. We were only told our room number. Assuming since our room started with 2 , we go to the second floor. Obviously, it was not our floor. We grab our luggage and walk inside. There is a HUGE formal meeting. We had no clue how to get through our room. It was packed! So, here we are, just getting off a construction job site, meandering our way through this formal party, it was so packed we were hitting people with our bulky luggage and I’m sure the last thing these people wanted to see on their special night were two lost guests merging their way up and down their party. By the grace of God, we find our room. It was ok. Went to take a shower and the hot water took FOREVER to heat up. We wake up to leave, look out of our window to see some poor souls had all of their tires stolen, straight in the parking lot! This experience left us disgusted.
