Cheap and cheerful We were only passing through and needed a bed for the night, so we went for a cheap option. It was very basic, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was coffee and a muffin or bagel, which was okay. The eating area was right in front of the check-in desk, which I found a bit strange.

Don't stay in this roach infested disgusting hotel I am mad at myself that I did not research this hotel fully before making this reservation, but upon arrival the room was musty smelling. The carpet was old I thought, well I can deal with this but when we came back after our concert at night , it was a whole different vibe. There was broken glass in the parking lot. There were people smoking weed in the parking lot. It was very strong. It was late so we was already tired so I just wanted to go to bed, then I noticed roaches crawling up the wall, not one but several and our room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad like somebody was there. We made the decision to check out. We got a hotel down the street Holiday Inn Express, luckily they had a couple rooms left. I happily paid for the room for the night even though I knew I wasn't getting my money back from the other place but there was no way I could stay there! The pictures are very deceiving and they say they have breakfast but I only seen one little area by the front desk and it was a very small counter space so I would not bet on the breakfast there. Just don't do it! Not worth the savings just go to the better hotel.

Falsely advertises they accept pets. I wish there was a way to leave no stars or even negative stars. I booked this room online through a third party website. I travel with my dog so I knew I had to check the Pet Policies. Per the google search, the Agoda page, the website for the hotel... It's Pet Friendly. In fact the most popular amenity of this roach ridden hotel is that they allow Pets. I called ahead and spoke to the front dest agent. Upon arrival the agent asked for papers and I presented them, including shot records on my dog. Thursday this was. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and today at the time of this review 9:33 a.m. the front desk agent, rudely told me when I asked how much it would be to extend just one day because we're going to be here a little longer. This one, with all the attitude as if I just spit in her face-- We won't renew or extend you have dog. I said yes I do and I submitted everything, and your website says yo0u allow pets here. I have been here since Thursday and you were here over the weekend which you saw me and my beautiful, friendly, and to herself Siberian Husky.. You said nothing to me then. Can you call your manager? She then goes into a diatribe about it being a holiday, her manager called her to say I have a dog and can't extend and she's not calling her manager. I said excuse me, you just said the manager called you to tell I can't extend why the hell can you not call her/him to speak to me personally? I am now very much confused and no lie angry.. I say one moment. I walk away to get my laptop which I am typing on now in the lobby-- breakfast area? It's very ghetto here.. I bring my laptop and say again everything says you guys take pets, she says nothing says that your lying.. I said here I'll show you all the steps I went through to get to your hotel (thankfully I had not closed any pages or the browser since Thursday) and low and behold there it is Pet Friendly, Google, Trip Advisor, Agoda, and their website. Then I get on the phone with the customer care number and she's still telling them that the manager isn't available. Mind you she's on the phone with the manager as all of this is happening. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THAT THEY ACCEPT PETS. THE PICS ONLINE AREN'T TRUE. IT SMELLS LIKE SOMETHIHNG FOUL. THE STAFF DOESN'T CLEAN THE ROOMS I'VE FOUND SEVERAL CIGARETTES IN MY NON-SMOKING ROOM. AND MOST OF THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY-- UNFORTUNATELY they aren't American and speak limited English and while I applaud their hardwork they need a better job working for a better class of people. J.K.Holdings LLC is a JOKE beyond incompetent. If I could give negative stars I would.

Gross stay away! When first entering the property is ran down and not the best. Getting to your room you start to realize why it’s a few dollars cheaper. Once entering the room it’s gross. Stained floors, holes in furniture and carpet. Bedding burned and visible bugs. Not to mention the mold in the bathroom.

Just don't stay here. Front desk (female clerk) barely spoke. When she did it was maybe a whisper behind the glass. After being checked in, I was guided to the stairs as the elevator was out of order. No biggie. I'm only going to the second floor. Upon my arrival to the second floor landing and opened the door, I was greeted with a cloud of pot/weed. Once I regained my composure, I walked to my room. The keys did not work. I walked back down to the front desk and said 2 problems. Number 1 my keys don't work and number 2 it reeks of weed/pot in the hall. She offered to "spray the hall" and I said you're gonna need more than that! I was able to get another room on the first floor. Not pot, but man it was dirty. Dirty floor, stained bed sheets, mold in the shower. To top this off, the people above me in the pot clouds were running sprints around their room ALL NIGHT. Never again! Run away and stay at the closed down hotels across the street.
