Amazing stay The room was spacious and clean, the location is comfortable and convenient to get around, and the employees were absolutely amazing. Especially my main woman Theresa! She went out of her way to help me out along with everyone here. Amazing stay, and people I would definitely recommend.

One Night Stay This is an average hotel. It is advertised as an Holiday Inn but the sign says SouthPark Inn. The hotel overall needs a facelift. The rooms and hallways have carpet. We were able to use points from a credit card so we had a free stay but if I paid the rate out of pocket - I would have expected much more. We have stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one did not compare to the others.

My worst hotel experience! I received a call at 11:15 from front desk clerk, Denise, that my reservation was cancelled and there were no more rooms available because they overbooked. I was simply mortified and even asked if it was a prank call. I informed Denise that I confirmed my reservation earlier that day directly with the hotel. She told me she was sorry, but there simply were no available rooms. I further went on to explain I was less that an hour away from the hotel and had been driving since 5:00 pm to get there. Again, she said she was sorry. I then informed her that I was traveling with my one year old grandson and desperately needed her assistance. After being placed on hold for about thirty minutes, Denise came back on the phone to say she had an available room. You would think this review had a happy ending. Well, that’s not the case! My room is sweltering hot due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. I’m currently in this hot room with a baby. I went downstairs to speak with Denise. She informed me that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do tonight. I even asked for a fan, but was informed there wasn’t one. Next, I asked for emergency maintenance, but was told there wasn’t anyone available. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in this hotel especially when I paid over $200 per night. Yes, I plan to personally speak with the manager in a few hours.

The GHETTO Super ghetto. Booked this hotel a week in advance and Denise called us 30 minutes before we arrived to tell us they are overbooked and that we have to find another place to stay. We demanded to speak to a manager and she magically found a room. We were somewhat relieved but knew something was up. Low and behold the A/C doesn’t work. I have a 1 year old baby and this is totally unacceptable

Nice place Stayed here overnight while visiting some friends nearby. Nice hotel, bed was very comfortable. Big shower in the king room we stayed in. Didn't see much else of the hotel as we were in late and out early but everything seemed clean. Minimal noise. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.
