Not to the Hyatt level.Stay somewhere else. We have stayed at many, many Hyatt’s and are loyal to them. Saying that, this location is not up to the Hyatt standard. The place was fairly clean, but majorly worn. The desk chair in the room was completely torn and tattered. The bedding has seen better days. Walls in the room are chipping paint. The bathroom was clean, but small, dark, and out-dated. Our room was in a basement, lower level. The whole vibe was just not that of a Hyatt. If passing through this area again, we would stay somewhere else. Especially for the money we paid.

Stay anywhere but here Dirty rooms (toothpaste in the sink, dirty mirror, a wet towel hanging on the door hook in our bathroom, and more). Old, worn-out furniture and beds. Thin walls and constant noise from a freight train that literally runs alongside the hotel. Don't be fooled into thinking this hotel is decent because it's a Hyatt. It's not. The staff is nice and the rooms are large, but this place needs a serious update and a deep clean. Until that happens, I suggest you avoid it.

Horrible! The entire stay was poor. I've already sent in a review regarding it. There were several issues: 1. Room described in my booking was not what I received. I was told that the room I booked had a double bed when my reservation and the description clearly stated king. 2. The back door to access my room easier didn't work and later was told that it was exit only but had a room key card scanner on it. 3. The room I moved too was not prepped nor fully cleaned. 4. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and when asked for more, was brought one more roll. Went the next morning and was still only given one roll. There were 3 adults and 1 child in the room. 5. After 2 days, my key cards randomly stopped working. 6. Upon checking in, the employee attempted to charge my card for the wrong room when he had my driver's license in his hand. My account could've been overdrafted because I paid with points. He was attempting to charge over $900. 7. There was a panel above the shower (I assume it was for the a/c) and it started leaking after 2 days into the tub with a constant drip that could be heard in the bedroom. 8. The door to the bathroom kept rubbing against the toilet as you opened it. It was as if the toilet was too big for the bathroom. 9. The internet went out on the 2nd day and after calling about it, was told that they could try to find another router but there weren't any guarantees. I had no internet for the rest of my stay. 10. There was no housekeeping for the entire time I was there. 11. The HBO channel on the TV had a message that stated please re-insert smart card. I'm assuming from the satelite provider. 12. The breakfast area wasn't kept stock during breakfast hours. One morning I came upstairs and there was only fruit and yogurt.

Worst hotel stay ever! Do not expct your room to be cleaned on a regular basis. Management was contacted several times about my room not being cleaned ever 3 days as was told to me at check in. My room went weeks without being cleaned and was only cleaned upon complaining, for a few days they would clean it then back to long periods of not being cleaned until I complained again. Unacceptable. Do not stay here.

Not great Internet not working, litter in the hallway stayed for three days, in attentive staff as it took a while to reach someone at the front desk, multi breakfast sandwich, first floor below lobby was Musty and moldy smelling so had to keep the windows open, prior customers beard shavings Around bathroom sink.
