A great place to stay with a beautiful view of the Rockies Excellent hotel with a beautiful view of the Rockies. Just a short drive to the Garden of the Gods and lots of other hiking/biking opportunities! The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is welcoming! The pool is indoors and a great place to visit! Outdoor fire pit and basketball court options. Colorado Springs is made for walking, so lots of options for walking around the area. This hotel is dog friendly and a great option! Free parking and breakfast too!

Wont return Marriott Executive elite member here. I have stayed at Residence Inn's across the country and this was definitely the most poorly managed. Here are the lowlights. Stayed 4 nights. Asked to have room cleaned each day did not happen once. Rooms are from the 1970's. No outlets by the beds. What hotels that charge you over $200 per night in a low cost town like Colorado Springs do not have the ability to charge electronics etc. Room was clean when arrived. However for two people 3 towels for 4 nights etc just doesnt work. Literally had to ask the front desk person each day for what you expect to receive in your room You had a choice of a banana or apple for breakfast. Even during the heights of COVID you had a better option. I could go on and on but wont. I will say that the person staffing the front desk was great. But ridiculously overworked with having to serve a full hotel without assistance. Dont stay here. I will definitely not again.

Reliable service and clean. This hotel is in the middle of a commercial area. There are 6-8 chain restaurants within 1/2 mile. A large target. It is reliable. The service was friendly, but at times slow due to a lack of available workers at the front desk. Breakfast was take-out only. No hot breakfast. Rooms were clean and functional. Typical Residence Inn. I like the way they are set-up and choose them often,

Clean hotel & friendly staff Stayed 10 days while my kitchen was being renovated. Staff was always friendly and helpful and even though they only cleaned my rooms twice while I was there, I didn't mind it because they had done such a good job and still offered the items at the desk.

Nice Building, OK Location, Less than Stellar Staff We rarely give the "poor" rating on Tripadvisor, but this visit, regrettably, deserves this rating. We stayed for one night at Residence Inn Colorado Springs South during an American West road trip during the coronavirus outbreak. This property is located within a cluster of mid-range hotels just west of Interstate 25 on the southern edge of the city limits, close to the Broadmoor World Arena. There was a plenty of surface parking. Check in was efficient. Our room on the second floor appeared clean, but further inspection revealed cleaning was not as through as we initially thought. The walls of the bathroom was dusty with stains. One of the TV remote was not working. I am not sure if the remotes were sanitized, since neither of them were in plastic bags as it has been the case in other hotels. The worst part of the stay was that the shower curtain/liner were too short, allowing water to flood the bathroom. We contacted the front desk but the person who was working there were neither able or willing to do anything about this. The bed was reasonably comfortable. I am afraid I cannot recommend this property unless there is a change in management.
