Front Dest Personnel is Amazing! Junkier at the front desk is the absolute best! She made an unforeseen bump in the reservation road into a terrific experience with the equipment we needed. We needed a handicapped accessible room and she secured equipment for us to allow us to be comfortable in a regular room. Jennifer is amazing! I recommend Executive Center as the place to stay in Columbia, Missouri!

Ok at best Walked into this hotel my wife booked expecting a great experience from what she told me about it. Checking in the people at front desk seemed to have a better than though attitude and then informed us both pools were down for the first night of our stay and breakfast isn’t complimentary . (Not the end of the world) walking to the room the wall paper was peeling in several spots, carpet had several large stains and signs from room in hallways fell off. We got to the room and it was decent only complaint there was tub was stained, water dripped from bathtub and lots of calcium on the faucets. Next came the gym, it was great and huge. Lots of machines that felt 90’s grunge and was better than my current gym. Went to the front desk after working out to buy 2 drinks. I got told they were $4 a piece so I pulled out my debit card to pay and was told they could only accept exact cash. So I handed the gentleman $4 and started walking the other drink back to the cooler. The guy started yelling at me from across the lobby that I had only paid for one and couldn’t take both (implying I was stealing). Despite being accused of stealing i just sat the drink down in the cooler and told him I wasn’t stealing and walked away. The first morning they called us before 8 AM to asked how many nights we were staying(we were trying to sleep in). Last complaint was there is no exit at the end of the corridor/wing to enter and exit. Overall I’ve had worse experiences but definitely not a 5 star experience like they try to portray with their attitude.

Horrible experience My husband had to travel for business so I decided to join to lay by the pool. The pool is closed. NOWHERE on the website did it say this. I would've stayed home. Hotel looks like the Shining. Old, stinks and no flipping pool, in summer!!!! I wanna go home. Money wasted!

Good Stay A very nice property that is very well kept. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable and we experienced no issues. they used dove bathroom products which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The one thing about this property is that it is huge, so plan on doing a lot of walking to your room if it is at the opposite end of the complex. The front desk staff could probably smile a lot more. At check in and check out, they just were not very friendly, though certainly not disrespectful in any way. On checking out and requesting a copy of my receipt, she indicated that her printer was broke. Maybe print it from another printer? Parking lot was large and very well lit. You are literally surrounded by food establishments if you want to go out for dinner. Overall, good experience and would stay here again.

Stay elsewhere in Columbia MO Buyer beware. Stay elsewhere in Columbia if you want a good nights sleep. I arrived in Columbia late in the evening and needed a place to stay overnight before traveling on to St. Louis. I am a frequent traveler but rarely stay at Holiday Inn. Because it was late, there were few rooms to be found. I used a third party site to book what it said was the last room at Holiday Inn. I reserved a King room and paid the full amount in the third party site. I checked in at reception 20 minutes later and was told there was no king room so I would get queens. Fine no big deal but then the front desk staff told me “oh and your room has no heat/ac” but it will be ok because the weather is “nice tonight”. I had no idea what I was going to find when I got to the room. On arrival, the room was steamy. The wall thermostat read 79 degrees. Holiday Inn had placed a box fan on the floor to help move air. The room looked onto the indoor pool. However there were no black out curtains and the 40 floodlights lights around and above the pool stay on 24/7. So Holiday Inn provided a hot room with no air supply and a room that is at bright as day even at 0230 as I find myself compelled to write this terrible review. I would never stay here again.
