Look elsewhere We booked this property because it was the only one that had a no-pet policy, yet we were awakened in the night by a barking dog. At check-in I was require to sign a one page document saying I was okay with them charging my credit card for $250 as a damage deposit. We wondered what kind of people were staying there that requited such action, and I wish I had noticed this at the time of booking. The room itself was generally fine except for a poorly ventilated bathroom, a coffee maker and clock that didn’t work, and a strange TV with no instructions. The only working ice machine was on the ground floor. On the plus side, breakfast was as expected and the manager listened to my comments about the deposit policy. This property is showing some very noticeable wear despite room upgrades. Unfortunately, like many hotels now, no towel racks in the bathroom. Hard to save the planet (and hotel laundry costs) when you have to leave your towels on the floor.

RUN from this hotel!! This is a horrible Choice Suites!! I have been here for two nights and a large group has been blasting LOUD music in the parking lot most of the night for two nights. This is unacceptable. I was told "the bikers are in for the weekend" and I assume I shouldn't be here if I didn't like the loud music. We can't get in the door with all the bikes parked IN the walkway. Our truck has a large shoe print dent in the door from the parking lot party last night. RUN from this hotel. I can't believe this is acceptable by Choice Hotels.

Nope! This has to have been the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out the staff was unfriendly. I do apologize for coming to stay at your hotel and having you actually do your job. I know it is an inconvenience, so I do apologize if you had to actually work and earn your pay. Our room wasn’t clean the whole entire time we were there. When we inquired at the front desk she told us that the cleaning staff knocks on the door and if no one answers then they wouldn’t clean the room. Out of all the hotels I have ever stayed at I’ve never had to stay in the room to have it cleaned. I don’t go to a hotel to stay in it all day. The breakfast was disgusting! My husband will eat just about anything and after a few bits he threw the rest out. We had better breakfast at the gas station across the street. To top it off the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and we, along with several others, got locked out of our room. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and that’s about it. When I told my cat, Snorty McPoof, about our latest adventure he just shook his head and said, “I told you not to go”.

RUNNNNNNNN Please avoid this hotel at all cost!!! Extremely GHETTO. The room was dirty and itchy. I did not feel safe at all. There were all kind of strange looking men hanging in the parking lot late at night and with parking being extremely limited I had to wait in my car for over an hour to find a safe parking spot. The breakfast is a joke, the staff was busy gossiping while everyone was standing around waiting for them to place food out. By the time she did replace food it was only a small amount and it was right at the cut off time so several people didn’t get anything to eat. To make matters worse, the hotel double charged me and when I called back ANDREA (who is surprisingly the manager) was extremely rude and hung up in my face each time I called simply because she couldn’t give me an explanation as to why I was double charged. And don’t bother trying to reach the GM Ms. Morgan because she refused to come to the phone or even rerun my call. Please RUNNNNNNN as fast as you can.

Do not stay - go elsewhere This was the most horrible place to stay. Customer service at check in was lousy - no personality at all - which should have been my first clue. Room was absolutely disgusting. Only reason I didn't go elsewhere is because no other locations had rooms due to military graduation. My son is in the military, and was able to see us after not seeing him for a year, so this was my only option to have an overnight. Room had no cold water, floor beds had paint all over it, radiator looked as though it had food shoved in it --- smell was overwhelming -- actually made me sick to the point at 4 AM we had to leave. I can't believe they would even rent these rooms to anyone. Apparently they don't care. And I have pictures to back up how disgusting this place is. Stay far far away from this hotel.....I stay in a lot of places, and we are member of Choice Hotels, and this probably will never stay in a Choice Hotel location again.
