Great experience! Accommodations and staff were excellent ! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable!

You get what you pay for Bed linen was definitely dingy and filthy looking, price is great , location wasn’t bad, breakfast options were horrible and the juice machine was broken, no tea bags and the only option was coffee and nothing to put in it.

Shockingly bad service! Worst experience ever. Reserved and pre-paid for a room 2 months ago and then received a call from the hotel at 6 pm on the night of arrival stating that they were out of the room type I reserved. I said, fine… I am traveling alone and will take any room. They demanded a significant rate increase fora a higher level room. I refused and offered to take any room but at the rate I had already paid. They refused. I asked to speak to a a manager and they said no manager was on-site, no manager available on-call and no manager could call me. I tried to cancel and they said the room was pre-paid and non-refundable. I asked if they could show me where they had disclosed that they could pull this bait-and-switch….no answer. Fortunately, I had booked through another site so I called them and explained this crazy bad customer service…and they agreed to refund my money. At this point, Super 8 lost me as a customer for life. It was a matter of principle and not getting taken. Unfortunately, a lot of time to work through the mess and make alternate arrangements. DO NOT STAY HERE….THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL!

__ Nasty as hell_. Especially the managers 16yr old wife._ No iron, coffe/tea maker, ice bucket as advertised on their website. Rooms have nails in the wall from guest because there's no clothes hangars. Definitely could use renovations.

A Pleasant Night's Stay. This Super 8 Harbison/ Park ridge Hospital was very nice. I was greeted and attended to by an outstanding staff member, Patel, that made me feel safe and made me feel that it would be an enjoyable night. They even had breakfast, to my surprise which was nice. I slept quite comfortably, no outside distractions, a comfy bed and pillows. Definitely economical and a good deal for a pleasant night's experience.
