Lovely hotel The Sonesta has been an amazing hotel so far. The valets Alex and Kyle have been wonderful for us. The desk person Vincent is very helpful and informative. The best part is that we’re right next to the convention center, which we have to go to every day this week. I would recommend staying at the Sonesta if you are here for the convention center!

Loft room is misleading, dirty, and loud. I wish I could cancel, but unfortunately I payed in advance for a double bed loft room for three nights and now I’m stuck here . Surprise charges at the very slow check in, no black out shades as advertised, phone doenst work, no sofá as advertised, no streaming as advertised, and I can hear the upstairs guests walking and moving around. It’s loud, dirty, dark on the inside and light coming through the “black out shades”. The furniture is torn , and there was trash left behind the room prior to my check in. The loft room is horrible! If I could, I’d leave in an instant.

Large disappointment no good night rest. What a total disappointment. It was the Marriott before and was fine. We stayed in a loft room and was stripped down to nothing. A 2 person's bed which was nice. But one chair? Really? Plenty of space for sofa to sit but have to hang on bed. Very noisy and if a door closes of other room, the bed shakes. The window has a blind for it and doesn't cover more than 60% of light so you sleep at night in a bright lit room from outside light. The elevators.....one was constantly out of service and the other moved only after you pushed button 3 or 4 times. Old fridge. If somebody walks at night in room above you, it is very noisy. We had somebody walking a lot above us. Want it cleaned??? Make sure you ask 24 hrs before else they never clean your room. Large disappointment

Well-Located But Gross Check-in: I tried to get my keycard at 3:00 a.m. I was told that the computers were down because reports were processing and I would need to wait. 30 minutes later I was given my keycard and told that my roommates' keycards were now deactivated. No compensation was given for the hassle - the front desk clerk was just enthusiastically like "Here are some keycards in different colors!" I expected better service from a large chain. Cleanliness: The front lobby every night was littered with cups, napkins, etc. every night when I returned to the hotel. The 4th floor also always had various trash scattered around (bottlecaps, etc.) My roommate dropped an earring on the floor, so I got to see the carpet in our room up close, and it was absolutely filthy. We were both disgusted. Bathroom: The sink is the type where it's hard to completely lean over it, so water always got on the floor after washing hands, washing faces, etc. There was only 1 towel hook even though the room was designed to accommodate 4 people. The shower curtain did not full extend across the length of the shower. The bathroom light only had 1 setting: SUPER BRIGHT. The shampoo and conditioner sucked - I recommend bringing your own if you can. Service: The "do not disturb" sign refused to stay on the door. I put my trash outside the room each day and called housekeeping to ask to empty it, but they only emptied it on 2 of the 3 days. Location: It's great if you need access to the convention center. Basically the only reason to stay at the Sonesta.

Great accommodations and Excellent customer service Here for business meetings. Great customer service by Maria. Great location and rooms were clean and nice. Food and drinks were excellent in the bar/restaurant (Taylor and Chrissy). Try the Whisky War Old Fashion at Vine + Forge! You won't be disappointed.
