Scam? Incompetence? Arrived at reception, told there was no reservation in my name. Gave reservation number & was told somebody else checked in with that number. There was no indication from the desk clerk that I'd be given a room so I booked alternate lodging. Called ESA customer service later & was told the same thing & that the person who'd checked in under my reservation number had paid by a different credit card. So, of course, the next day there was a pending charge to my card which was then processed. Scam? Incompetence? Not sure but I am livid.

Short Notice Success Sylvia was awesome about our accommodation needs, and Jason was on point getting the facilities ready when we moved in. The building is well lit and there is plenty of parking. Our neighbors are quiet and thoughtful too! I highly recommend the Extended Stay Columbus North!

Nice room, but could have been better We chose this hotel because we were looking for something for one night that was a little nicer than many of the two-star hotels at this exit. We thought the room was nice - comfortable bed and a clean, quiet room. We were disappointed, however, with a few things. We expected an extended stay hotel suite to have a personal coffee maker, but this room had none. There were also no dishes, silverware, or pots/pans in the kitchen. I assume if we had booked an extended stay, they would have been available from the housekeeping staff. The property advertises free wi-fi, but it did not work. The message was "connected to wi-fi without internet". Since we are on a limited data plan with our phones, that meant we could not use our phones for much. Finally, the breakfast was disappointing. They could have had a larger selection of beverages (nothing cold to drink), and some fresh fruit. We checked out earlier than planned and had breakfast at the Bob Evans down the road so we could get a good breakfast and a wi-fi connection. While checking out, the clerk said she couldn't get her phone connected to the wi-fi either.

nice stay while on business I had an assignment for work in the area for three months. I needed lodging that would take my pets, so I always stay with Extended Stay America for this purpose. Not only did the staff dote on them and myself during this stay, I had everything I needed for short term lodging. They have a grab and go breakfast, laundry room, and utilities included, so I didnt have to open another bill for that. The ladies would always ask about my pets (one had surgery during the stay) and that meant the world to me. If I ever am in Columbus, Ohio again for business, I will certainly look up the hotel again. It was a great stay at a great rate!
