Terrible! As Well I’m still currently at this hotel until tomorrow. Let’s start with the fact that they never cleaned my room not once the entire week of my stay and I check out tomorrow. One of the days this week I was blocked by a food truck from leaving the parking lot. I called the front desk to complain and of coarse I was upset because I have a 20 minute commute to work not including traffic. At first I patiently waited before calling the front desk but the truck driver was taking his sweet time. I told the lady at the front desk that situations like this should give us notice in advance not to park our vehicles in the back. There’s only one way out from the back. She had to come out and ask the trucker to move a bit so I can get out. Any way the icing on the cake was that they did not clean my room at all. The sink fills up once you turn the water on, gross! So I was cleaning my dishes in the sink next to the bathroom. The room has a weird smell that you don’t notice until you leave the AC off for a bit. I went and bought Lysol spray and wipes and did my thing. Sadly this is not my first time at the this hotel but I had a better experience on my last stay.

I should have stayed somewhere else! The rooms have seen their better days and if I were to give a grade for cleanliness, it would be an “F”, dirty towels, half consumed sprite left in the fridge from previous guests, etc. (see pictures) The front desk clerk was not at all pleasant at check-in. She was extremely rude, condescending and lectured me like a child. (Hilton new customer service??) She made me feel very unwelcomed. Breakfast was fair. Fortunately, the front desk clerk at check-out was much more friendly than the night before. Don’t know why they have guest check in on-line to pick your room the night before but give it away to someone else upon check in. In general, I would never again stay at this property.

Call it "pretty good-- certainly not great" The building is in pretty good shape. Breakfast was...fair. We were there for a whole week and most of the time there were 'plain' powdered eggs and something different, though 2 days were just powdered eggs. Staff was unengaged. Never felt welcomed or appreciated. Gave us 2 bottles of water to 'thank us for being Hilton members" and only grudgingly gave one more 1/2way through the week. Location was good-- walking distance from a couple good restaurants and a well-stocked liquor store-- but I never felt 'welcome' there.

Rude Front Desk Staff Average hotel, could be cleaner. Front desk night staff was incredibly rude…the employee treated me like I was a customer at a low quality motel. Extremely poor representation for Hilton. That woman has no business being in the customer service industry.

Check The Sheets Before You Unpack For years Homewood Suites was my automatic hotel choice for business and personal travel. After my past two experiences with this brand, that is no longer the case. When we arrived at 4:45 pm the room we had chosen with online check-in had not been cleaned, so we were given another room. After we had unpacked, my wife turned down the bed and found that the sheets had not been cleaned. One side of the fitted sheet was immaculate, while the other side was wrinkled and soiled. I'll not elaborate on the nature of that stain other than to say that nobody in their right mind would want to sleep on it. We notified the front desk and were moved back to the room we had originally chosen. It was alright except for the problems that seem to be common at many Homewood Suites these days: flimsy, shabby bed linens, worn furnishings, and inadequate wiring. The nightstand had outlets but they were too close to the lamp for even a micro charging block to fit. We ended up charging our five mobile devices on the floor and in the other room. The Polaris area has an abundance of hotels, including other Hilton properties, that would each have been a better choice.
