Great service Liz the receptionist was incredibly nice and very helpful. I stayed for three weeks and she made sure everything went smoothly for me. And my cleaning lady went above and beyond to help me with anything. Wonderful place. Clean.

Cancelled my confirmed booking I booked the hotel, got my confirmation, but when I arrived at about 11 pm they told me that they have to cancel my reservation because of a booking error with their computer and they were sold out for the evening. Very disappointing because I traveled the extra distance to get there, confident of my confirmed booking email. Won't ever trust it book there again!

A Clean and Comfortable Room - But Reserve Online For Better Price "Our RediPromise matches the best rate plus gives you points for a free night on your next stay." Except here. The desk clerk told me that to obtain the AAA rate I saw online I would need to go back to my car and reserve online. Which I did. Ten minutes later I was back in her office and received my key card. Room #132 in the back of the inn is sparkling clean and everything in it is new. King bed with four comfortable pillows. Terrific work desk with plenty of electric/USB outlets. Mini fridge (very cold and quiet), microwave, 40-inch TV. I would stay here again on my travels along I-70.

Beds and pillows are terrible The beds are very uncomfortable. I could not get to sleep or stay asleep due to trying to get comfortable. Husband said same thing. Pillows are very flat. Chair in room was broken. Only positive they accept pets for no charge and cheap price.

Major credit card. Say what. I made a reservation through the main red roof office. I needed a place for 10 days which also allowed my dog. My house is being worked on. I have always tried to stay at a Red Roof because they are pet friendly. This specific hotel requires a major credit card, not a debit card. I was not told this when making my reservation. I don’t have a major credit card. If I don’t have the money to pay for something, I don’t get it. I have never had a hotel refuse my debit card, which says MasterCard on it. The young lady at front desk just kept saying all Red Roofs require a major credit card. She showed me their sign. I asked her to please cancel my reservation as I will have to go somewhere else. I called Red Roof main office and spoke to guest services. I was told if the hotel is a franchise it can have its own policy. Guest service had to cancel the reservation as the front desk person did not. Guest service then found me another Red Roof just 8 miles away. I gave this specific a 2 rating based on the whole experience. I can tell you the lobby and grounds were clean.
