Great location Friendly, helpful staff The hotel is well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient to a meeting I needed to attend. The breakfast offerings and service was great. Highly recommend

Room for improvement. In my two years of being at Hilton Diamond status the Hilton Concord was only the second hotel ( the other being Hilton Heathrow T5) to email me prior confirmation of a room upgrade. This was much appreciated. The room was on the top, 11th floor, and was a spacious, quiet room, only negative being that it was an inter connecting room of which I am not a fan. Thankfully the other room was only occupied on one night of our 5 night stay. No advance warning that room service had to be requested so towel change was the best we could arrange for the second day. Whilst I enjoyed our stay at this property I did find the breakfast arrangements very disappointing. Mid week has a limited menu and I found being charged $6.95 for two strips of bacon rather extortionate. Weekend has a very poor buffet with not even toast or a simple croissant available. Nice hotel but much room for improvement.

Not up to the Hilton name! Hilton was very disappointing. They do housekeeping every 5 days. Coffee for maker, towels, extra pillow etc. had to be requested and sometime it got delivered. Restaurant and bar were very expensive and staff was non responsive. Finally an overnight car charge no one mentioned or did I see on website I booked from.

Great customer service; so do hotel Stayed here for business Monday through Friday. AC didn’t work in several rooms and were so loud you couldn’t sleep. I was able to change rooms where the AC worked but alas the tv didn’t work in that room. Also, the bathroom door was incredibly close to The toilet. You couldn’t fully open the door. Both rooms were cleans. It was a frustrating stay though. BUT, the staff was great. They are the reason for the 3 stars. Front desk, Will and Pia, were great. They helped with the room change. Danila in the restaurant wax a rock star. She remembered everyone, their orders and drinks. Dresilda helped us get takeout dinner and was also really nice. Hopefully everything else gets fixed soon and is on par with the great customer service soon.

Bare bones offering Although I booked an Executive King, it was as bare bones as I’ve ever seen, even during COVID travel. Only 2 towels (what if there had been 2 of us for 2 nights?), 1 soap bar, no glass wear (wine/water glasses), no pen and paper pad, no in-room info such as menus and restaurant/bar times, TV operation & stations, local map, emergency procedures, etc. Awful coffee in the room and no courtesy coffee/tea (they advertised serving Peet’s) offered in the lobby. The place was chock-a-block with business guests who I’m sure would have appreciated that! I had one or 2 small questions and tried all pre-programmed hotel telephone connections and no one ever answered except finally, the Desk. Have to add that all the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful! I had come to Concord from 2 hours away for ACL surgery for my Australian Cattle Dog. And finally I guess maybe all my “complaints” could have been assuaged by calling the Desk….
