Needs a facelift I had not stayed at this property since August of 2022. In that time it seems the condition of the property has weathered quite a bit. Overall, the king suite I stayed in was clean. But the hotel as a whole appears very tired. The included breakfast is a plus.

Do not stay here!!! This place is horrible. Our bathroom isn’t working and heather at the front desk was extremely rude and in helpful. Said there’s no rooms to switch too and no maintenance here to fix the toilet . Guess we will have to go outside or in the sink! Look elsewhere people!!!

Clean and safe hotel Nice size, clean room. The bed was very comfortable and clean...no bugs. Looks like they had done some updates in the room. New wood flooring. The bathtub was dated but very clean. The breakfast consisted of hot and cold food items. They had plenty to choose from. Great location with plenty of free parking. Safe and secure area with lots of shopping and restaurants close. A couple dings I would give it (and this would NOT stop me from staying here again) was the elevator was sketchy...meaning I held my breath each time praying the doors would open. It sounded funny while operating. Luckily we had no issues with it. The other ding would be the air/heating unit in the room. When it was kicked on, it was loud enough that we couldnt hear the TV real good without turning it up pretty high. We were worried about disturbing our neighbors with the noise. And in all fairness, we are older so maybe it was just OUR hearing. LOL. All that being said, this was a nice place and we would definitely stay here again when in the area. Not paid for this review.

Do Not Stay Here!! Hotel poorly in need of updates. Sign at the desk says reno starts Monday but it should have started a long time ago. We had 2 rooms and they were across from each other. But the first night one of the rooms had the ac stop working and the toilet wouldn’t stop running. Maintenance came and fixed the a/c and supposedly fixed the toilet but a couple of hours later, the toilet overflowed into the carpet outside of the bathroom. So they had to be moved, at 11pm, with a 4 year old who had been asleep. But they had to actually request to be moved because the front desk didn’t even offer it. Ended up getting moved to the 3rd floor, while we were on the first floor. Huge inconvenience since we were a family of 6, two parents, two grandparents and two children. One of the kids stayed with the parents while the other stayed with the grandparents, so we really needed to be on the same floor. The other room was handicap accessible but the shower floor was like ice. Had it not been for the grab bars, I would have surely fallen when I first stepped into the shower. Water pressure is horrible!! Took me forever to rinse the shampoo out of my short hair, can’t imagine someone with long hair trying to deal with it. The carpet was filthy dirty, the baby crawled around for a little bit and her feet were black. Disgusting!! Can’t imagine I will ever want to return to this hotel, even after their renovations. Just too many negatives that I don’t think renovations will help.

Sketchy hotel Booked this hotel due to proximity to CCU. The pluses were the low rate, the room was a decent size If traveling with large family, and the bed was reasonably comfortable . Housekeeping seemed polite and knocked each day, however, I declined services and only requested clean towels. Unfortunately the minuses by far outweighed the big room. The bathroom and room were both dimly lit. Shower head was oddly low. Air conditioning unit was rather loud - hard to sleep through. Key didn’t unlock the door in most cases. I finally had to ask the staff and the my basically said that there were a few locks in the hotel that didn’t work right like mine and to just jiggle the handle until it opens. I didn’t feel safe staying here alone. Lobby was dark and Front Desk staff seemed absent 9 times out of 10 passing through lobby. Hallways were dark. Clientele was sketchy. Overall not what I had expected after reading other reviews prior to staying. If safety is a priority I would stay pay extra to somewhere else that is lit up and has present staff at the front desk at all times.
