Good place to stay I have stayed here a few times and each time it’s a good night sleep. Cleanliness of the room could improve some but it’s ok. They do include a good breakfast and free parking. It’s located directly across the street from the development with the Xtreme arena and multiple restaurants.

Dirty rooms and hotel. You don’t get what you paid for regardless of price. Do NOT stay here We have stayed at many Comfort Inns with them being fairly nice. Not this one. Dirty…especially the bathrooms and sheets/comforters. The shower/tub had big dirty worn areas, mirror and faucets were a mess. One of the beds definitely did not look clean and there were holes in the fitted sheet. The comforter had human stains on it. When we got back, I asked for a clean set of sheets and put them over everything. The front desk help gave me a wad of sheets, me hoping they were clean. We would have left, but did not have time to find another hotel. Would have missed our event. This hotel is not up to Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels standards. Do NOT stay here, regardless of price.

Keep Looking! I debated on writing this review or not, but I hope my negative experience helps others when making a decision. When entering, the front door was wide open. Nobody was at the counter and we called for service. The elevator was broke, the area behind the counter unclean, and the hallways smelled like smoke. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Music was blasting through rooms when we tried finding ours. Grown adults were yelling and running the hallways around 11:30 pm, and this continued throughout the night. I felt incredibly unsafe during my time here. Did not sleep whatsoever. I’ve never had issues with Comfort Inn and Suites until this weekend. Unfortunately, I will be taking my travel stays elsewhere and highly do not recommend.

Satellite tv programs not available and a loud 11:30 pm train This hotel is right on train tracks. At 11:30 pm on a Saturday night the train whistle blew and we all woke up. If you need to watch tv, you better watch it from your phone as every single channel had connectivity problems with loading/ freezing images. We tried to watch it’s a wonderful life on tv but it was annoying. We used our own phones and devices and turned tv off. Clean hotel otherwise and big hot tub.

Terrible.Terrible. We stayed Oct. 2 & 3 at this hotel. When arriving and checking in we are told the elevator is broke can you climb 3 flights of stairs. No way not with our luggage and being 74 years old. Miraculously they found us a 1st floor room. This what we found in the room - beat up and chipped paint everywhere, very old and worn bed spreads, only 1 towel, a bath tub I am not sure was clean enough to step in and plug ins for my husband sleep machine that did not work at all. Breakfast was tolerable but the person who checked us in (who was nice and seemed to be working hard) the next day told me the person who was supposed to replace her was at that time 2 hours late and had not called. Later that night when we came back the young man at the desk had a hoodie on and you could not even see his face was doing nothing but playing on his phone. We went to the room and our keys would not work. Back to the office and all the guy said was ok and rekeyed the room. He never asked a single question. We could have been anyone! After we get back to the room we have to go back to the desk one more time and ask for more towels. I wasn't expecting anything but the basics but this was far below the basics. Don't even think of staying here.
