Bedbugs waste evidence Arrived at this hotel after traveling from out of state, checking in at 12:30 am, exhausted. Upon entering our room, found evidence of bed bug waste on the protective mattress wrap of one of our beds. Checked out immediately with no back up hotel for us to stay in. Despite the late hour, our kids had to drive an extra 1+ hour to be able to sleep in beds at friends’ homes. Major inconvenience to say the least. Call from manager the next day offering apologies and refund. How magnanimous, given all the extra stress and frustration, not to mention the disgust of being exposed to bedbugs. Side note: upon our rapid check out, a desk clerk said they weren’t surprised..cleanliness has apparently been a major concern for some time.

Sleep in your car - External security door would not stay latched - No outlet cover for the AC - Molding has pulled away from the wall by the window - looks like water damage and there is MOLD - remote control held together with electrical tape - Room was not cleaned well as there are items left by previous guest (lighter and lotion) - BIG (more than a foot) burn/skid mark on the bed cover - Cheap metal bed base squeaks and pops - Big gaps around the door left, right, and bottom - Part of light fixture is loose - Flooring bubbling up I booked this online and I feel like the quality of this hotel was misrepresented. I paid over $100 plus $50 for my dog and I feel ripped off. I want a refund - not a credit nor voucher.

What a joke The hotel was clean enough but we were hit by a musty, funky smell as we entered the hotel and it permeated throughout. Now the breakfast…The sign outside the building promoted a “Great breakfast!” What a joke. Apparently there is only hot food on the weekend, and we were there on a Monday. In addition, it would seem that the early bird gets to eat at this place, and if you arrive AN HOUR before the end of breakfast hours, you get the crumbs. There was half a bagel and three pieces of bread by the toaster, 2 bananas and 3 clementines. a few yogurts, 2 Little Debbie oatmeal cream pies, 2 muffins, mostly empty sugar-cereal containers, and some make-your-own waffles. More people came in after us and there was literally no food. We could see additional food off in the employee kitchen, but apparently they had put out the allotted amount for the day. It was utterly ridiculous.

DO NOT STAY DISGUSTING HOTEL. Hotel supplied room with dirty bed sheets that were stained from others previous stays. Bathroom towels stained. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Room has bad smell. Door to room drags and looked like it was damaged previously and not properly fixed. Chairs people carved on that should have been thrown away. Paint chipping off walls. Carpets all through the building look dirty and not cleaned for a long time. Hotel staff will go in your room with out permission. They say they cleaned it but they do not.. Had personal items on the bed and staff messed with it. Reused dirty bedsheets and towels.. cleaning means NEW not items that were used. They will go in your room even if you do not request them to go in it to do anything. Front desk staff is are rude. Manager is never available or around. Nanager does not return phone calls. Front desk staff does not resolve issues they will read you a paper that you sign when you check in they are not responsible for any missing or stolen items. Hotel is more like a run down motel. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
