Great place to stay My husband and I, really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very neat & clean. I really liked how the room was decorated. The bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly. Omar, at the front desk, did a great job at helping my husband and I get a room close to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. It was peaceful. They had a small but delicious free breakfast. I had one of the hot breakfast sandwiches. It tasted fresh. We will definitely return.

Thanks Gabriel! I left my phone on a sofa in the lobby and By the time I realized it, Someone had taken it. Gabriel, the manager, Promptly checked the security camera, and within 10 minutes came back with my phone. So big kudos to him. The hotel itself—nice big rooms, with fridge and microwave and a bathtub (Something disappearing from a lot of hotels). Dog friendly and comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast, too. Not sure we’ll ever have to return to Covina, But if we do, we would definitely stay here again.

In the moving process My family got scammed on a rental and we had to find a place close to our kids school to stay and they got us in with ease. Our room was spacious, clean and right next to the pool. On top of all of that every staff member was super friendly and professional!

The absolute best Customer Service First Coie was an amazing front of the house rep. Her customer service was top tier and she catered to everything we needed. She went above and beyond her role and really made us feel at home while we stayed there.

Val wedding It’s was great service and very helpful people helps me find my brothers shoes especially Gabriel he was very nice and wanted to help us with the shoes and when he found them he left them in the office
