Pete As noted below, I rated this hotel very good. We stayed there 4 nights and my only complaint was that there was never any hot water for tea in the lobby. No one at the front desk ever checked it. They would replenish it as soon as I asked, but it took 15-20 minutes for the water to boil and for them to put it in the container. That happened day and night our entire stay. We finally took to getting water from their bar area and boiling small cups in the microwave. Also, they ran out of English muffins after our first morning and they were never replaced (there was bread and bagels). Also, they never replenished the "plain" oatmeal packets and only had the sugar-loaded ones.

King Suite Total Joke We were told when making the reservation, that the King Suit sleeps 5, with a king bed and sofa sleeper. Upon check in, we were informed, that the suite only had a king bed,and sofa. Only enough room for 2. This stay was for my husband and I, AND our 3 teenage boys. So, they bring us this awful cot with springs poking through, and my husband, who has had spinal fusion, regretfully slept on that.I slept on the tiny sofa, 2 of the boys slept in the bed, and one on the floor. The pool was closed, the lounge was closed, could not get more than 4 towels, and mind you, there was FIVE of us! We drove almost 3 hours to see my father who is in very bad health, and could not even get a good night sleep. We even asked the day before check in if the room could sleep 5, and was told yes. We paid good money to basically "camp out", and we are not happy at all. Corporate will be hearing about this. A hotel should not lie and say a room sleeps five, when they full well KNOW, it only sleeps two! A two room King suite, should sleep more than two. Not happy or pleased what so ever! This has been the WORSE hotel stay that we have ever experienced, and we travel a lot. The ONLY good thing about the room, was the cleanliness. Cudos to the maid service on that. But the ones who manage the hotel, should not lie about how many a room can sleep just to make an extra buck.

Good for parent weekend This was the closest hotel to SUNY Cortland available for parent weekend. It is merely a place to sleep. Luckily I had a room that didn't smell. There was plenty of parking. I had an English muffin and juice for breakfast. They need to renovate.

Feral Cat Wake Up Call If you like rooms that smell of cigarettes and chemical cleaners you have come to the right place. If you decide to get fresh air better close up your windows at night as the abundant feral cat population will bust through your screen and join you in bed for a good flea scratch. Don't worry the pool is cold and chlorinated enough to kill the fleas. No steakhouse/bars despite the signs and if you want to use the vending machines you better take out a second mortgage. Stay at your own risk.
