My favourite hotel LeCrans is really my favourite hotel! I travel a lot all over the world, but LeCrans is outstanding. Their service is 5 out of 5, the rooms are so beautiful and the food as well. We come here twice a year for several years now and are always so happy to be here. I would really recommend this hotel!

Thank you for the engagement! I chose to propose/ my engagement at Le Crans, from the superb work from Giovanna with the planning and all the staff making up the room and their incredible service throughout the stay... I can’t thank them enough. The food and especially the views are incredible. Nicole and I look forward to coming back and seeing you soon!

Swiss Hospitality at its finest. Highest level of service! 11/10 would recommend eyes closed. Everything was amazing! From our pick up to checkout, perhaps the best level of service ive seen and Im in the hospitality industry myself!
Our room was beautiful with panoramic views of the alps! They helped me plan all activities like paragliding and mountain biking, everything was really smooth with high level of attention to detail!
Theres a complementsry shuttle to and from Crans Montana and out shauffuer Ryan was so polite, highly professional and courteous.
The guest relations manager, Giovanna, was our point of contact via whatsapp from the beginning and made sure my moms fordt visit to CH was as special as it could be!
There was a little present in the room when we checked in for my mom and Giovanna was always so pleasant to converse with.
If youre ever in Crans Montana, a stay here is a must, I could not recommend it more! Best service ive ever had!
