Nice Hotel at a Reasonable Price. Have stayed at this hotel several times and have not been disappointed. The rooms, as well as the hotel, are very clean and quiet. There are a number of nice offerings for the free breakfast. The check-in staff, Karen and Gina, as always, were very helpful and pleasant. It's always nice to see familiar faces on visits. Both are great employees. I would highly recommend the Country Inn & Suites in Crestview, FL. It's a nice hotel at a good price.

Kenji at comfort Inn & Suites crest view florida Kenji went way over and beyond. She stood outside in the parking lot until we saw the place due to construction. She checked us in with favor and discounts to apply to the rates. She made us and our kitty feel right at home. Even made sure I had a prime parking spot with our U-Haul trailer. Thank yo Kenji!

Great Stay I booked this hotel within mins of checking in time and the service I received at the front desk was awesome. I needed to feel valued and welcomed after having a horrible experience at another hotel. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have had a great experience.

It's the details If there were a rating for "good," I'd give it that. Better than average but not VERY good. Three deficiencies: the wifi was so slow as to be practically unusable. Second, we were there for a four day stay. The guest laundry dryer was out of commission when we checked in. It should have been fixed the next day, but was not fixed by the fourth day. Third, rather than having a vending machine for snacks, they sold them from a "store" next to the check-in desk, but it was pretty much completely empty and was not refilled during our stay. I believe this is no longer a Radisson hotel as all the coffee cups, etc., now say "Choice," so maybe there's been a change in management that explains some of this .

Will stay here again! Would recommend. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and informative. Our room was clean and ever Worked just fine. The bed and pillows were great. We have family in Crestview and visit often, we will stay here when we return.
