Awesome Experience Great Staff, Clean!!!! and affordable!! accommodating staff that will make sure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.. Understand the value of a customer and values their time and money! Highly recommend for long term stays! the cleaning staff is amazing!

Nice hotel w/ great amenities Booked a room here on the spur of the moment & did it through Hotels.com app. The check-in process was quick. Was required to pay $125 incidental to be 3s deposit. With some hotel chains, you have the option to pay the deposit in cash. Most people prefer to do that b/c if you pay it w/ a card the amount of time it takes for the refund to hit your card depends on your bank according to Hotels CSR. So we head to the room, swiped the card, pushed the door handle down & pushed in the door... it didn't open. Repeated those steps & same thing. Then I remembered a SIMILAR situation I encountered at another hotel so the 3rd try, I lifted the handle up & pushed! BINGO!!! Comfortable beds, nice shower, big TV, w/ Dish Network. YOU CAN DO YOUR LAUNDRY FOR FREE but you provide the detergent. And they have a NICE pool which is AWESOME during Texas summer days!

Clean, quiet, comfortable Our experience at Simply Suites was great - we just wanted a clean shower & quiet, comfortable place to sleep for one night. We got that and more, at a very reasonable price. Omar, at the front desk, was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the surrounding rooms & hallway were quiet, and, with blackout curtains on the window, the room was dark once we turned out the lights - we slept well. Also, there was a mini kitchen with microwave, 2 cooking elements and a full-size fridge which was wasted on us but would be great if staying for more than one night.

We made a very good choice Sonesta appears new It was cleans and very well appointed Staff was very good and friendly One important fact is the cost Very reasonable in today's high price hotels We recommend the Sonesta if you are in the area

TERRIBLE! We booked and paid for a bigger room (2 queens and pull out couch) because we have 4 kids on our trip for a wedding. Wanted to check in an hour earlier because we were passing thru and easier than at 10pm at night after a wedding. Were told on the phone that it would cost us $25 additional to check in early, so we declined. Checked in at 10 pm that night after the wedding to be told that just because we paid more for that room does not guarantee that we are in that room. They only had a king room with a pull out couch that would not accomodate 4 kids! The 2 ladies at the front desk were of no help, not even offering a dditional pillows or blankets. When asked if any of the other Sonesta's in the area (there were three!) had any rooms to accomodate, they insisted that they just "thought" there was nothing available not even bothering to check. Worst customer service and they didn't care at all! This is my first and last time I will ever stay at a Sonesta and I will tell all my friends to never stay here!!!
