This hotel needs work Firstly, the access to this hotel is challenging. Next, the furnishings and fixtures are tatty. The bottom of our bathroom door had severe water damage and should be replaced. The bathroom sink was stopped up and not repaired even after we reported the problem. We stayed two nights. As I was ready to step in the shower on departure day I realized housekeeping had not left any bath towels. I took my shower and dried with a face towel. Called front desk to ask for towel for my husband and was told I HAD TO GO TO RECEPTION TO GET A TOWEL! We often stay at Embassy Suites and have good experiences but I would not recommend this hotel.

Hot room and no one cared This hotel experience was terrible. The room was hot, very hot. I asked to move to another room and the room they offered was hot and smelly. Front desk told me that there was someone there working on the air conditioner. I did not move and was offered a box fan to cool the room. I looked at rooms to move to about 2 am, but as it was the eclipse weekend, I could find no rooms. In the morning, I asked again about moving and the status of the repair. There were no rooms to move to AND they told me that no one had been working on the air conditioning the night before. Someone was lying. The room was just as hot the 2nd night as it was the 1st. Gratefully, I checked out of this terrible hotel. The hotel was generally dates and run down. The 3rd floor ice machine smelled like someone had been recently smoking weed around it. Don't get me started on the underground parking that was 'dripping' from above. Our room needed a good scrubbing with bleach but had clean sheets and when I pulled them back the mattress seemed clean. The shower did not drain well and the toilet was generally clean.

Never again at this location The stay was not great to say the least They have security in the parking lot that do absolutely nothing. Parking was horrible and cars were parked improperly, everywhere in the lot and the "security guys were just walking around saying nothing. Then I finally get to my room and there is why looks like pubic hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. In the morning around 9am the housekeeper just opened my door, she did knock several times and I was yelling that there was still an occupant in the room but she comes in anyway. As I was gathering my belongings to get ready to check out, I reach for my charger out of the socket and a roach comes out of nowhere and begins crawling on the nightstand near the lamp Thjs is the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel and it's an honors member I book with you all regularly.

Worst of the worst. Don’t stay here. I’ve stayed in many many embassy suites throughout three decades. This one by far is THE WORST from janitorial to front desk. There was an issue with my room. It was a “bait and switch “. I was sold on one description for the room and when I got there, they allegedly didn’t have that room for that price. They wanted more money. The staff was incompetent in assigning me a room. I had to move twice. It was like that movie, “Dum and dumber 1 and two”. The blind leading the blind. Maybe it was a cultural issue because they just spoke to me louder thinking I didn’t understand English. As an Ivy League graduate and doctor, I just didn’t understand “stupid “!! The room was dirty and the toilet kept flushing. Nothing really worked. There was hair in the fruit during breakfast. All the food was burnt and over cooked to kill any worms like in a third world country. And there was no “ breakfast to go” as advertised when I booked the room. I’m inclined to call the health department for a surprise visit and shut down this rundown hotel. By the way, the morning chubby staffer can’t read and is very rude; I suspect he’s racist!!! He needs to be fired!!! Spend your good hard earned money elsewhere rather than this dirty racist rundown place.
