The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly I like staying at Embassy Suites. It's one of the brands that I look for when traveling. Here is the good, the bad, and the ugly of the stay at this particular hotel. (Two-Night Stay 8/8 and 8/9. The good: The morning of 8/9 the egg station was packed with only one lady working. She was awesome. She handled the crowds with efficiency and smiles (pretty amazing). The second morning 8/10 she had a man assisting. He also was smiling and appeared happy. The workers running in and out of the kitchen keeping the buffet full for the packed crowds were also smiling and pleasant. My daughter forgot her toothbrush. We asked the lady at the front desk who was distracted working on something for some time. She did acknowledged us but had to finish what she was doing before assisting. We asked if they had toothbrushes, she said they didn't have any available but would deliver later to the room. We asked for one. Later that evening, we found that they had delivered 3 toothbrushes and 3 single size toothpaste packets. The air conditioner had a drip that was landing on the kitchenette sink. I set a towel on the sink and one on the floor to absorb the water and eliminate a slipping hazard. The morning of the first cleaning, the towels were removed, and the drip was no longer happening. The Bad: The front desk young lady was polite on welcoming. She ran through her information speech like she had done it 100 times already that day (and she probably had). It was hard to understand. I had to asked for some to be repeated and she went through it again at rapid speed. We figured the rest out ourselves. The bar was packed right before complimentary drink time ends. The bartender was unhappy dealing with the crowd and less than accommodating. The Ugly: My Face after encountering a serious hazard in the dark parking lot. The parking lot has one speed bump that runs right up to the car line. I was walking from the outer row and through parked cars. The first step into the open area in the dark, my foot slammed into a metal speed bump and I went face first into the asphalt. It was a bloody mess. I spent the remainder of our vacation with a crusted over face. My teeth and laptop (in a padded bag) survived the fall - and the face will heal. The speed bump further back has an appropriate opening between the parked cars and the placement of the speed bump; however, the one closer to the front entrance is clearly a liability and hazard. It needs to removed or moved further from the parked car line. This has the potential to create serious injuries for guests.

WARNING Bad place to stay my truck was vandalized, with over $8000 dollars in damage. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible place, five people from our team stayed at this hotel for work. Three of the five had wet carpets. I drove my personal vehicle, and the second night I was there my catalytic converters were cut from my truck. Plus they tried to break in the truck and damaged the door. After talking too a few people there were several trucks damaged while in their parking lot. Also very unsafe area.

Lousy staff, Lousy Location Where to start? This hotel was awful. Spa and pool literally full of dirt. Flooded bathroom, resulting in a room change in the middle of the night with our daughter. Charged us for a late checkout when they offered it for free due to the room change. Had to spend 15 minutes waiting in line at front desk to get charge reversed before leaving. Sent another family and gave them keys to our room, who walked in with our daughter in the front room. Completely arrogant, ambivalent, rude, and condescending front desk staff. And the rooms are garbage. Beat up and broken fixtures, cat5 wires hanging out of curtains. Finally, and most disappointing, a general hotel manager who didn't keep his promises to make it right or return our follow-up call. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to enemies.

Disgusting, filthy, run down rooms and no customer service. This is by far the grossest Hilton I have come across. The rooms are terrible, holes in the ceiling, filthy floors and disgusting tubs. Honestly Motel 6 would have been a better choice. Their night snacks for happy hour are stale Fritos and mushy cheese cubes. Bar staff clearly doesn’t love their jobs. Rooms are falling apart- torn curtains, torn shower curtains - we switched rooms already and ended up with a faucet that leaks non stop. Complained to front desk, complained to Hilton with no solution and they wouldn’t let us out of our reservation. The pics on their site are so inaccurate- save money and stay at a motel- which would be a better option than this hotel.

Needs renovating This hotel is tired and old and needs a renovation. Lobby and breakfast/reception area is in decent shape but the rooms are old and tired. My room was clean but smelled musty and was very dark inside. Furnishings and room needs updating. For the evening reception, you are limited to two drinks. I would choose somewhere else when I come to the area next time.
