Very interesting place to stay I stay at this hotel because it's right across the street from Baby Dolls, the best strip club in Dallas and one of the best in the country. I like being able to walk home if I had too much alcohol at the club and don't want to risk a DUI. This hotel is nice and well-kept and the housekeeping staff keeps everything in good shape. The beds are comfy and the flat screen TV is big and there is a decent selection of channels. The WiFi is not bad but not blazing fast, and they reset the password every few days which is annoying. There is a Waffle House next door which is very convenient for those morning cravings. This place is unique because of the hookers that hang out in the hotel parking lot every night, and some of them rent rooms so they can "entertain" clients. On a Saturday night, I saw at least five girls standing right by the entrance to the hotel parking lot and they were all in skimpy lingerie and high heels, and it was interesting to say the least. Since I'm a single guy always looking for fun, I don't mind these girls at all and I doubt any other man staying here would complain.

NOT FAMILY SAFE- beware Following the cancellation of our flight at 1 am, my husband, infant, and I sought refuge at the Comfort Inn in Dallas. However, our stay took a harrowing turn the next morning. We were startled awake by a disturbance in the hallway involving a couple in a nearby room. The situation quickly escalated as the male occupant exited the room, only to be locked out by the female. His increasingly aggressive behavior, including banging on doors and yelling threats, left us feeling unsafe to leave our room. Despite our pleas for assistance to the front desk, no action was taken. As tensions mounted and the situation became increasingly volatile, we were compelled to contact emergency services. When the police arrived, their response was swift and alarming, with guns drawn due to the man's behavior. It was a terrifying ordeal, exacerbated by the presence of our young son, and the realization that a potentially dangerous situation was unfolding just outside our door. We later learned that the police had a warrant for the man's arrest, further adding to the gravity of the situation. After the commotion subsided, we sought to address our concerns with the hotel manager, only to be informed that she was unavailable, which seemed perplexing given the circumstances. Despite the traumatic events that unfolded, the front desk staff displayed a concerning lack of urgency or empathy, treating the incident as though it were routine. This experience was deeply unsettling and left us feeling vulnerable and unprotected. Our primary concern was the safety and well-being of our family, and the lack of effective response from hotel staff compounded our distress. Upon reaching out the hotel and the hotel group, choice hotels, we have yet to receive any responsibility or apology on behalf of the hotel.

Dump This hotel is the definition of: Dump. The location is unsafe, dirty, with criminals and prostitutes literally roaming the parking lot. The hotel is also dirty. The elevators don't work. There are drug dealers in the hallways. Stay away. I wish I could say something nice but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Golly Jeepers I thought comfort suites in a lot of places means just that and quality. Well I was shocked to find a dancing cabaret at the entrance when I pulled up with my teenage daughter. In case you needed a sleeping buddy, she was ready, complete with bouncing technique. It’s then I realized I’d booked a not so quality adventure right across from a strip club. It was at that moment I knew this was going south and not in the good time way. The bed was hard. They had no extra blankets for the sofa couch. There’s a $100 deposit for the room. There’s no elevator, so let’s hike to the 3rd floor. There were patches of carpet missing in the hall. But the soft subtle beats of the club might help you sleep? Dallas is packed but next time I’ll spend the extra $300 for 6 hours of quality sleep. And at least she’s got a fun story for the kids back home.

Don't stay here unless you want a Hooker Hookers everywhere. Cars constantly making rounds in the parking lot. It seems like the hookers would get into the cars and park in the hotel parking lot. Elevators were broken, apparently they have been broke for months. Had to use the stairs which is fine but they were very dirty. The room was very clean but reaked of Marijuana. I asked for some air freshener and the man said "when I get time I will look". The breakfast was pathetic. Out of everything. No protein
